Ankit contacted me within a couple of hours of chasing a open case and kept me inform of each process throughout. Part of the issue was resolved but the remaining part was beyond resolving.

We experienced an issue for over 10 months where patients were incorrectly marked as inactive in Docman. After discussing this with the account team, we were referred to the technical team, who were able to action and resolve the issue within a couple of days.
The have very friendly staff especially, Kaipu and Tripti which both helped for finding the target team.

Support ticket was replied to within 10 minutes of being raised and a Teams call booked in for a mutually convenient time within 2 hours. I would also like Docman connect to support SSO via Entra ID, I hope they can provide a solution for that sometime soon as well.

PJ Is great to get thing sorted asap. He knows we operate 3 weekly payrolls so he know the urgency of the queries. Nothing is ever an issue even if he might have told us before how to fix it.
The ticket system works well and we just put PJ's name on it and he always comes back to us quickly.
The system is looking for a date of experience but there is no specific date. It is all the time we get a great support from PJ

It was late in the day on a Friday evening and it was very important that I roll the GL into the new year. This as we approach year end and in particular trial balance needed to be run the following Monday after the weekend.
I encountered errors I had not seen before and reached out to Andy who gave me exactly the advice required and assisted me rolling GL through year end and through all months in the current year.
This really was incredibly helpful and the advice came with speed to get me out of mu issue.

Substandard customer support. Submitted a support request two weeks ago and it is still unresolved. Made a formal complaint twice and still not resolved.
