This is the worst company I have come…
This is the worst company I have come across. I ordered some parts from them and never heard anything back. I called them to find out about my order and was told to call their credit analyst "Steve Crosby" because there were some questions about my order. This Steve Crosby never answered any phone calls. I canceled the order and found out that I had to write an email for that. The order cancellation email never got answered either. This led to a dispute for this transaction with my bank and I got my money back.
Terrible service from Future Electronics, don't buy anything from them again.

This company could not care less about…
This company could not care less about customers. Placed an order and then realised I had ordered the wrong item, so tried to cancel. My account with them showed no order which was concerning, I then e-mailed to cancel. After no response I contacted them via web chat, again they could not find the order and replied saying they would contact their "special team". They then replied saying the order has shipped even although I have had no shipping notification. Looks like a scam to me.
