DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

This company appears to be a scam. I lost $600 dealing with them, and I strongly urge others not to make the same mistake. The low prices may look appealing, but in my experience, they do not deliver the goods. Instead, they claim there were issues with your address, VAT number, or card, even after taking payment. If you try to recover your money through a chargeback, they may suddenly claim the order has been dispatched and provide what appears to be a fake tracking number.

Please be extremely cautious. They also seem to operate under other names, including Verical.com.

Scam of a Company…

Never heard of this company before until I recieved an invoice for an item I never ordered in excess of £350.00 via the SHOP App. To make matters worse they used an address in America when I live in Europe and also stole my email address

Sent different product and won't respond

I ordered a laptop with a touchscreen and they sent me one without a touchscreen. I cannot get ahold of someone to return it. Cannot get anyone to pick up the phone or respond to email. Had to contact my cc company to dispute the charge.

Awful Azure Technical Support

I would high encourage people to avoid using Arrow as an Azure CSP. Pricing wise they may be fine, but the technical support provided is truly some of the worst technical support I've ever experienced.

Arrow technical support are a terrible combination of slow, lacking in knowledge, and very reluctant to escalate issues.

Even simple requests that require a single ticket with Azure to resolve will take upwards of a week due to the inefficiency of having to go through Arrows technical support. More complex issues become and ongoing battle for Arrow to escalate, and even when they do we still seem to be stuck with 3rd rate support engineers from Mindtree who aren't much more helpful.

WARNING - 
STAY AWAY FROM ARROW !!!

The company Arrow ships incorrect goods. The return process is proving to be very difficult due to poor communication and potential additional costs for customs clearance. An employee repeatedly refers to the "RMA return terms" and the "terms and conditions" in several emails. However, after reading through everything, many of our questions remain unanswered especially regarding follow-up costs such as customs duties, higher shipping costs due to the goods being located outside the USA, and so on. The response we received was dismissive:
"If you do not wish to return the product due to the shipping costs that may be incurred at the time of the shipment, we will not be able to process a return as the supplier has requested for the parts to be returned."
While this response is understandable to a certain extent, we purchased goods worth $457.31 and paid $404.71 for shipping to Europe. Returning the goods from Europe to Arrow in the USA would again cost between $400 and $450 in shipping, plus customs clearance fees and even potential penalty duties.
Arrow is unwilling to provide a clear or reasonable response or to find a solution, despite the fact that they demonstrably shipped incorrect goods. On the contrary, the employee continually mocks us as customers. A request to escalate the case to a supervisor was ignored outright.
Our loss amounts to over $1,000 due to incorrectly shipped goods from a supposedly reputable dealer named Arrow. The many one-star reviews on Trustpilot should hopefully deter other potential customers from ordering from them.
We can only issue a strong WARNING in this regard:
STAY AWAY FROM ARROW!

I would not recommend this company at all

I would not recommend this company based on my recent experience. It took nearly three weeks just to get basic pricing information after my initial inquiry — an unreasonable amount of time for any business. I had to follow up multiple times with no clear updates, and when I finally heard back, I had already sourced the part from another supplier the same day I reached out elsewhere.

Other companies were able to respond and fulfill my order immediately, highlighting how poorly this company handled a very simple request. Unfortunately, this delay cost us valuable time and trust.

If your project is time-sensitive, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Working for Arrow (warehouse)

I would like to rate the company not as a costumer but as a (new employee) usually the trial period is 2 weeks but because I have autism and my process of learning is slower than the average person my instructor (Eric) in the meeting with the supervisors decided that I needed more time to learn. In result I've been gaven an extra week I've learned and I'm fully integrated in the company. Finally I've found a place where we get treated as people and not as numbers

not trustworthy

Tried to place order. Was not possible - system said mit german VAT is invalid. It is not, i also prooved it to the support by sending a picture from our tax department. No answer. Just ignoring the E-Mail. Now cost went up 5x.

Poor Shopping Experience. AVOID

Placed an order online. Experiencing account registration problems, took month for emails back and fourth, yet unable to ship the order. Have been asked to fill in the EUS form but no one seems to care that the form is broken and cannot be filled? Also, no one seriously consider the flow of the account registration page which create a lot of problem for customers after order is placed.

Worthless Azure Support

Having used Arrow as a Microsoft Azure CSP for a while now, I can confidently say they are incompetent, badly ran, and their support is near enough useless.

Support requests, even for production environments are rarely responded to within anything less than multiple hours. The first response more often than not includes questions that could be answered by reading the initial request properly. I am convinced this is a stalling tactic that is used to improve internal KPIs on response times.

The support engineers at Arrow are very unskilled and are not able to offer anything more than links to documentation. MindTech, the company Arrow escalate to, seem to be equally as unskilled and I have yet to receive adequate support on any request made towards them.

Unless you plan to use Azure solely for projects where uptime and resilience are of no importance, I would suggest avoiding Arrow at all costs.

Having worked within Cloud for nearly a decade, I can honestly say I've never had such an awful experience.

I should also note that the Arrow Sphere website has experienced multiple major issues impacting the ability to view or create support requests, sending of email notifications, and even the ability for internal staff to read existing support requests.

Not a store to recommend

Not a store to recommend! I placed a order with one product and paid it... Day after day they are delaying the delivery... to more than a month after initial estimated delivery. I requested a order cancelation and refund. They refused with the excuse that was a promotion from a partner and because of that don't have NCNR! On product page or on order itsefl nothing refer this limitation! I don't recomend this shop. Let's see if at least i will receive the product...

Replacement disc program

Rishaad and the rest of the Arrow team where very helpful in addressing my concerns and figuring out the replacement disk issue, I had to contact them a few times but i’m sure they were quite busy and receiving a lot of email regarding the issue, they got back to me within a day or less each time I contacted them so that pretty damn good service!

Arrow will charge 50% of the order cost…

Arrow will charge 50% of the order cost if you want to return. Their shipping is slower than a snail. They charge your card before the product leaves the supplier The DFRobot 0449 Speakers are simply awful. Do not waste your money.

Arrow's products are top notch

Arrow's products are top notch. Now and then there are some quality control issues, but their customer service always takes care of me. The packaging of the Dune 4K Steelbook led to the feature disc being damaged. I either dozed off on the first watch or forgot, and over a year later they replaced the disc. I'm glad we have boutique companies like Arrow, Shout, Umbrella, and Vinegar Studios because the major studios really don't care about physical media or collectors.

Buggy website, better use BOM, UNRELIABLE ship/delivery dates

UPDATE #2, February 2, 2024.: Unfortunately, I have to confirm the negative experiences here. Half of my items have arrived within a few days, but the other half was postponed TWICE. I expected the rest of the items to be shipped yesterday, and I have yet to see it happen.
However, many items, especially the most needed ones, have been postponed TWO YEARS from now!!!
I have a better chance getting something from AliExpress within promised timeframe, so I will stay away from Arrow.com from now on.
Their supply chain is totally unreliable.

(UPDATED REVIEW for January 25, 2024 - After my initial bad experience with the site's bugs, I gave it the lowest rating, but the quick and helpful Live Chat support staff helped turn it around, so I am giving it a 4-star rating for now until my order is delivered.
Be warned: it's a lengthy review below!)
After contacting Arrow support via their Live Chat, I was told to try Chrome in Incognito mode and to use their BOM (Bill Of Materials) tool, which I did.
Incognito mode worked for some time and eventually started having the same problems, so I went back to using Opera for their site.
The BOM tool was very useful because my list of items was saved even after encountering issues with their site.
I figured out what the main issues are with their site:
1. A user is logged in for a limited time, and gets automatically signed out after a certain (relatively short) amount time has passed since login, apparently even if the user was actively browsing their site.
There is no option to change that length of time or prevent an automatic logout, except pressing a pop-up button which comes after some time, but if the user is using another tab at that time, they will not see it.
2. Apparently their site is hosted on slower connections and servers and they use stricter rules to prevent DDOS attacks which will also block a user for refreshing a BOM list more than once every couple minutes, which happened to me twice and I was refused a connection to their site for a few minutes.
I have also realized that Arrow is pooling a few of their warehouses over the world through their site when displaying available products, which adds some delay and possibly causes some of the bugs with their website.
(If you are taking a long time, like a few hours to a few days, to add your items to the cart and purchase them, some of them could be gone by the time you want to order, especially if there was a small quantity left and the price was greatly reduced - it happened to me with at least one item, and this is nothing unusual.)
After I submitted the order, the page was left hanging, telling me to wait, and nothing changed even after 10 minutes.
I first checked my online banking to see if the charge went through and it did.
Then I checked my Order History on Arrow from another tab, and my order was listed there, which means it went through.
I had to check those things so that I don't re-submit the order and get charged twice.
After that I closed the order tab, and now I'm waiting for delivery in a few days.
The items will be sent from three different countries, yet shipping was listed as free (for orders totalling $50 or more). The main thing is to not accidentally click on some of the other shipping options for which there is a charge.

(OLD COMMENT BELOW for January 22, 2024.:)
I had been adding components to my Arrow account cart for 3 days. During that time, I had constant issues with their website, which would become unavailable, unreachable, unresponsive or would deny me access.
I thought maybe my Chrome browser was the problem, so I tried Firefox. Same problems. Then I tried Opera browser, which seemed to work a bit better at the beginning, then the same or similar issues.
After adding almost 60 components, Opera browser finally couldn't even open their site, kept getting refused. Now I can't even login through Opera, keep getting errors.
Then I managed to login with the Chrome browser, only to find out all of the items in my cart are gone and the cart is empty. Considering how much time I had wasted due to their slow and problematic website, I am not willing to go through the same drama again.
The main reason I tried buying from Arrow Electronics was their free shipping to my country, while DigiKey offers flat shipping rate of $120, Mouser offers no options for delivery, and TME charges a decent fee of around 9 euros but their stock is much smaller.
Looks like I will have to avoid Arrow.com.
After having these issues, I decided to check its ratings and sure enough my suspicions were confirmed. I am glad that I at least didn't waste money and more time with them.

Stay away from arrow

Well, I see the feedback is in sync with my experience, sadly. I placed an order with arrow and had to cancel almost immediately. However, arrow refused to clear the CC charge. Moreover, I called them 7 times in order to follow-up on resolution, but EVERY TIME THEY DROPPED THE LINE. I will never buy from arrow again and recommend that others stay away from them, too.
I should have read the reviews before buying from arrow...
