A fancy showroom im afraid means nothing. The level of service from the Kitchen side of this firm is shocking. Months late, kitchens turning up late or not at all. Then damaged or missing parts so they cant be fitted.
No responsibility at all shown by the firm but ever so eager to chase invoices for incomplete kitchens.
Ive had my last of 5 kitchens delivered late last week, should have been here first week of January but oops they forgot to order, then turned up incomplete, then they forgot to order templating of worksurfaces and hinges to open cupboards. Maybe an apology...nope nothing!!!.
Im fed up of asking this firm to rectify things, the kitchen before turned up damaged and we couldn't fit worksurfaces for an additional 10 weeks until a replacement cupboard arrived.
The additional costs incurred by myself on a development have been substantial. No apologies or recompense.
No way would I use this firm again, fancy showrooms or not.
