Andy in technical was able to translate what I said into a language that could be understood, gave me advice on how to fix it and sent me some hardware to help FOC. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Blum and their tech team. It is not the first time they have helped me out. Their customer service is outstanding.

Just under 10 years ago our completed installation of a fitted kitchen that had 14 fitted drawers with electric Blum servos fitted. We had a problem with 2 servos which were no longer under warranty with a device which was used every day by a family of 4.
I expected to replace these fittings myself, rather than invoke the 5 year guarantee that had elapsed on a product used 10 -20X a day, but found that Blum UK customer services mailed replacement parts immediately without any fuss whatsoever.
I could not have imagined that these units would come with an extended guarantee on electric servos which in itself is quite extraordinary in my experience, but the quality of Blum UK's technical after sale service is not only exceptional it has to be marvelled within today's standards.

Poor response from Blum Canada sales & service rep
I struggled to source the standard kitchen cupboard hinge I needed. Went to the cabinet builders who informed me of a lifetime warranty and to contact Blum Canada. I provided them with pictures and described the problem with the hinge. The rep requested a video and told me because the hinge was originally installed 25 years ago they would replace it as a gesture of goodwill once they received a video. I advised that I was at work and was not looking for a goodwill gesture and asked if I could just buy the 5.00 hinge and have them send it to me. Reps reply was they don't sell to the public. She game me contact info on reps in my province. Reading other reviews it looks like they do or did have a lifetime warranty on there hinges. Thought that the service rep was not being fair and will report my experience to the cabinet builders in my home province.
Cannot fault, superb service
After failing to locally source a replacement for a broken 15 year old appliance hinge on my Fridge-Freezer cabinet I contacted Blum UK for assistance. Wow. Sometimes these days you forget what excellent customer service is. I suspect they perhaps felt bad it had actually failed (it was overloaded as fitters should have used three rather than two). They identified a replacement from some photos of the old hinge and offered four replacement hinges for the entire cabinet, sent out FOC the same day. Full marks Blum, how to do it.
Soft close hinge
Experienced a problem with a soft close hinge. Despite trolling the likes of Google/U tube etc. I was unable to find a usable solution. Contacted Customer Service at Blum UK & received a definitive answer by return.

Blums warranty is not worth the paper its printed on
I purchased a hardware product of blum's recently that arrived incorrectly packaged with the wrong parts rendering it useless. So I reached out to their warranty department as their products promise a lifetime warranty. They told me that it isn't their problem or fault if they supply their products with the wrong parts and therefore do not work and that I need to take my complaint to the retailer. The retailer has done nothing wrong in this instance and is unable to supply me with a singular part that they do not carry. I can at least order the missing part through a wholesaler but I wouldn't have to if this company had integrity and stood behind its brand.

Just wanted to update on the brilliant customer service I have received from Blum and from Nathan and Neil. After some of my hinges decided to shed some bits Nathan and Neil did not hesitate to help on 2 separate occasions and the speed in which they actioned and posted replacement parts was brilliant. Runner identification
I have been dealing with Nathan and Andrew with regard to a pair of drawer runners. I need to identify ones I already had, but was having some real difficulty. I contacted Blum directly, which is where Nathan and Andrew came into help. It seemed, nothing was too much trouble and after exchanging many, many emails, they finally identified what I needed. I really thank you both, especially Nathan who really went the extra mile to help me
Amazing technical support and customer service
I contacted Blum's UK technical support to get help finding some parts for an old version of their Tandembox drawer box fitted to a kitchen we inherited. Nathan Sydney was so helpful, working out why we had non-standard UK parts and even eventually sending us the parts we needed. Legend. Such a good service.

Fabulous customer service!
Our home is over 29 years old. We have had a few hinges fail over the years. I finally decided I needed to order some replacements. I emailed Blum and they replaced them all under warranty! I paid a $12.00 shipping fee, and that's it.

Truly exceptional customer service, always quick to reply by email with expert advice, and generous in supplying replacement parts. Not to mention that their products are ingeniously designed and very good quality. Blum should be considered an example to all of how to look after (and retain!) customers.
Genuinely unmatched warranty and service.
I have never had such good customer service in my life*. My kitchen was fitted over 30 years ago (yes, thirty)- doing some odd jobs this week I wanted to adjust some slightly tired/saggy drawers. Called up Blum to buy some spare parts/ replacements as some of the plastics on the runners had broken- instead, 4 new pairs of runners were immediately sent to my home under their lifetime warranty. No joke- I had not heard of Blum a week ago- now I will never buy a runner (or anything else they make) from anyone else. Absolutely incredible service and warranty. This experience has made my weekend.
*In fairness, Leatherman also have a genuine lifetime warranty I have experienced
