Selected no gift card
Selected no gift card when trying to check out would not let me check out without selecting a gift card, I then needed to cancel the gift card at checkout.

A battered present!
My wife received 3 bunches of flowers via internet companies for her birthday, the 2 lots from 'Moonpig 'were beautiful, but the bunch from 'Funky pigeon were an absolute disgrace. Half of them had lost their heads and the remainder were crushed. Our complaints, although responded to, by telling us they could only deal with whoever had paid for them, were totally ignored, with no offer of replacement. Absolutely disgusting! To add to this review, I have had a reply from funky pigeon, telling me there company policy does not allow them to deal with the recipient of their goods, so bear this in mind if you ever use them to send presents to your loved ones.

Ordered 2 for birthdays on 29th July. It doesn't matter if you request when the cards are to arrive, they send them straight off, so in this case, my folk receive the cards a week in advance. I've mentioned this to Funky Pigeon before, they don't care. Seems they have taken the "When do you want it to arrive" option off - I assume because no matter what you put - send it 4 weeks today, they'd still post it the following day and ignore customer request.

As always, a wide range of cards to choose from. Most can be personalised, which makes it just a little more special. Processed and sent very quickly. If only Royal Mail was so efficient!
