When I was trying to personalise the card the screen did not show what I was doing. I had to wait until finishing the text which I sometimes had to redo.

Plenty of cards to choose from and different sizes and great that you can personalise the card specifically for the person you are buying for. I also chose to have the card sent directly to my friend . Easy process and a quick turnaround.

My card and flower gift could not be delivered on the day but no message left or sent to me and nothing heard again.My payment was refunded but it was a disappointment as my friend was 83 years old and suffering ill health.

I have spent about an hour trying to order just a card!
I have spent about an hour trying to order a personalised birthday card for my grandson. Once I had personalised the card, it offered me the option to order a gift, after declining this, it then asked if I wanted to buy a gift card.... I have logged out and come back in several times but I cannot get past the ordering a gift card section. I just want to buy the card! Gave up!

I ordered 4 custom t shirts. One XL two L and one M. Had to pay 4 x £3.95 postage for each one and then 4 XL arrived in one delivery. That can’t be right on any level.

I was very upset to hear from my nephew that he had received his birthday card on the 17th July. His birthday was the 1st July and it was sent from you on the 27th June. I have never had this happen before but you can imagine how upsetting it is. Fiona Clark.

Product cheap looking. Arrived quickly
Order received very quick. Website was easy to navigate. Item was expensive for was it was and it’s very cheap looking. Not very good quality. I would try a different product but my advice would be don’t buy the photo socks!!

Great variety of cards to choose from at at OK price, delivery was quick outside of UK. Problematic when trying to navigate and kept going back to menu page but got there in the end

Lovely card
Really like being able to personalise the card and upload photos. What I didn't like was when I d completed the card and wanted to pay, I was asked to create an account - which I did. Then I found my card (which took me a long time to do) wasn't there any more. So I then had to create the card all over again. Pleased with it in the end!
