I recently wrote a review of From You Flowers in which I gave only 2 stars due to problems with delivery and poor communication that I had experienced.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received a prompt telephone response from their customer service team. They (Marlon) took the time to explain what had happened and addressed my concerns professionally. I truly appreciated their willingness to resolve the issue.
Because of their excellent customer service and follow-up, I have decided to change my rating to 5 stars. I will happily order from them again in the future.

Roses were basically dead
