Roses were basically dead
When my mom received the flowers. The roses were wilted and had brown on them like they were dying. The other flowers weren't the best either but better than the roses.

Flowers delivered looked nothing like what I ordered and I paid for a $20 box of chocolates that weren’t received. As others have stated they offered $10 gift certificate and refund for missing chocolates. A great moment to celebrate my bestie with flowers & chocolates was disappointing.
