I had an extremely disappointing experience with From You Flowers.
My order was for a very important occasion, and it never arrived on time. To make matters worse, I was asked to place the order twice, which made the whole process even more frustrating.
After accepting my order, processing my payment, and confirming the delivery, the company later informed me that they couldn’t deliver because there was no local florist available. This is something that should have been verified before they accepted my order in the first place.
By the time they contacted me with alternative options, it was already too late—the recipient had already left the country, making their proposed solutions completely useless.
Poor planning, poor communication, and a complete failure to deliver the service that was promised. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable flower delivery service.

I originally had an extremely disappointing experience with From You Flowers. I ordered 2 dozen red roses for our anniversary, and they arrived a day late. When they finally showed up, the roses were dead, wilted, and looked nothing like what was advertised.
After I left my review, the company reached out, apologized, and sent a replacement bouquet. I appreciate them making the effort to resolve the issue, and the replacement was much better. While the original experience was unacceptable, their customer service earned them an updated 3-star review. I hope they improve their quality control and delivery reliability

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. My partner ordered a medium bouquet for next day delivery - £55 in total. 3 days later I received a total of 7 wilted cheap flowers, no exaggeration would have been better buying a bunch at the local petrol station.
