False advertisement for the sizes of flowers. They looked cheap and delivery was awful. You’re better off making the flower arrangements yourself! I definitely wasted my money.

was somewhat disappointed. I paid for
the deluxe version and what I saw looked like the regular and did not have the butterfly ornament. Except for the Gerber Daisies, the flowers died rather quickly.

Expert SCAM artists
On 07/08/26 I placed an order for red roses totaling 52.97. Simultaneously, my credit card was charged and then the site issued a 'a credit card can't be processed at this time' statement. The order wasn't processed, therefore no order number given. After contacting customer service 6 times-- each time they asked for the imaginary order number to 'investigate' my paid charge to them. They're trying hard not to refund my money.

The delivery was prompt but the bouquet was wildly disappointing. I paid for the premium version and received something far less full than a $15 grocery store bouquet. They charged $80!
Go local, do not use this service, it is an outrageous rip off.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with From You Flowers and would not recommend this company for funeral flower deliveries.
I ordered a funeral flower spray with a guaranteed delivery date of July 7, 2026, the day before my uncle's funeral, to ensure it would arrive on time. The flowers were never delivered on the promised date.
When I realized the order had not arrived, I contacted customer service at approximately 12:30 a.m. on the morning of the funeral to report the issue. I called again at 8:30 a.m. and spoke with a supervisor who assured me the flower spray would be delivered to the funeral service. Relying on that assurance, I expected the matter would be resolved.
Unfortunately, the flowers still did not arrive. I was forced to step outside my uncle's funeral service at 10:55 a.m. to call customer service yet again because the arrangement had still not been delivered. The funeral began at 9:00 a.m., and despite multiple phone calls and repeated assurances, the flower spray never arrived in time for the service.
Funeral flowers are not just another purchase—they are a final expression of love, respect, and sympathy. Missing a birthday or anniversary delivery is disappointing, but failing to deliver flowers for a funeral is inexcusable. My family was deprived of the opportunity to honor my uncle as intended during one of the most difficult days of our lives.
The lack of accountability, poor communication, and repeated broken promises made an already painful experience even more stressful. A company that advertises guaranteed delivery should stand behind that promise, especially for funeral services where timing is essential.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend From You Flowers for any time-sensitive or funeral-related orders.
