Good to board the ship at Rosyth only a short drive from home. The boarding experience was quick and easy. The staff on board were all friendly and helpful throughout the cruise. The food was very good and a good selection. Entertainment was very good. Sailing through the fjords and places visited very worthwhile to experience.

The cruise was fantastic from start to finish. The quality of the food and drink was exceptional. The ships crew were amazing, nothing was a problem for them. The entertainment offering was first class. We will definitely be looking to do another cruise.

Your staff are one of the best things about your company.

can you please either get better comedians or stop having them. We find them offensive and outdated.

Our cruise on the Balmoral was a made by the crew. Yes the sights of Norway fjords are amazing. But the whole crew of the Balmoral made it an unforgetable experience.

Have never cruised before but I'm so glad I did. It exceeded all my expectations from the time we arrived at the cruise terminal to the moment we disembarked everything was so well organised. Now I'm looking forward to going to the Norwegian fjords in June next year. Thank you to all of you who made my holiday so memorable.

They make you feel special, your needs and concerns matter and get an individual personal reply and often resolution too. Also all staff are respectful and friendly, food, accommodation and entertainment is fantastic too.

The Fread Olsen Cruise Line ships are the best.I have saild on most of the larger cruise ships and I have come back to Fread Olson Because it's lts like being home every one is friendly, the crew are so helpful. Looking forward to my cruise next year.Mrs D Bramwell.

Our first cruise and definitely the best holiday we've ever had. We went to Iceland. From initial booking to arriving back at port has been incredible. The ship was spotless, the staff so friendly and helpful and the food was the best I've ever tasted. I looked forward to dinner every day with so much choice and all made from scratch. The little touches blew me away such as chocolates on pillow and free hot chocolate after excursions. Everything was so clear and transparent from using the tender boats to disemarkation. The only downside is nothing matches that level of customer service and quality! Thank you so much for an incredible journey

Everything went smoothly from arriving to boarding in Liverpool. Men were there to take your cases as soon as you stepped out of your taxi. All staff were pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My husband is PEG fed but can have a little bit of soup. They made sure it was clear so he could have it. Again nothing was to much trouble for them. Would not hesitate to go with Fred Olsen again.

As usual Fred's ship's were home from home. Felt like the arms of a family. Friendly helpful crew. Excellent entertainment. Nothing to much trouble.
You have always managed my special breakfast brought to my cabin which is the biggest plus rating as no-where else I have been can provide it.
Waiter Gilbert I think surname Duncan but could be wrong, who brought my breakfast to my cabin is an excellent efficient and friendly young man and deserves more himself. He is from the Philippines if that helps you identify him.
My special 80th birthday was certainly made special by the ship and crew, Excellent.
