Ship immaculate, staff ,cleaners etc all friendly and helpful.

Everything about the cruise was super. The food quality is excellent, the service spot on. The children thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and activities. If one slight criticism the shows should have been geared to multi generational. Otherwise first rate.

This was a wonderful cruise. Cabin, food, staff, talks were all excellent and we shall definitely use Fred Olsen again.
One word of warning. If your time on board gets changed to accommodate a visit to another country in a different time zone, check very carefully when it will be changed back. Definitely some confusion caused on our cruise for both guests and staff!
But still a fabulous experience.

A short break of 5 nights calling in at Portland and Honfleur was made memorable by the excellence of the staff, the food and the variety of entertainment.

Restaurant. Service was good even when very busy. Would mention the senior waiter assigned to table 65, in particular for his excellent service.

The condition of the ship was very clean and attractive. Particularly enjoyed the art work and new qr code information.

Would like to see the shops upgraded and perhaps some artisan jewellery. From Scotland or Scandinavia..

The staff are always amazing, going above and beyond every day. The food is superb and the service in the restaurants is excellent.

As before! Fabulous reception from staff and officers like family. Can't wait till 22 September when I shall see most of them again, though unfortunately I shall miss one or two who are relocating to the sister ship! Thank you all again.

This is the 3rd time l have cruised with you & this time my mum came along. Always a lovely experience. Nothing feels to much trouble. You always feel as though every connection is a V.I.P. treatment. Staff work hard to make this happen. Thank you to each & everyone of you for your hospitality.

Staff, accommodation and shows excellent Only two things caused problem-
Ships clock changed time zone a day early so IT disdain match Confusion for many
Alarm call set but did not happen on two mornings

Another great Fred Olsen cruise. The staff are amazing, the food very good and the ship clean and well maintained. Good ports of call, I love Honfleur. My only criticism is the boarding in Liverpool which has a lot of people arriving at 1130.

Great staff, very friendly remember your names. Good mixture of guests varied age groups. Clean ship. Check in very busy but very efficient.

A more refined experience in every way...all staff made us feel welcome and with being sight impaired registered did all that they could to make things more comfortable...I have a real problem with bright light so they made sure I had a table more shaded. Service was first class

The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The entertainment was fantastic.
The food in the restaurants and in the buffet was really good and the choice was excellent.
The choice of shore tours were were really interesting and enjoyable.

The food was absolutely amazing I could argue it made the cruise, there’s so much to do on board, crafts, art, dance classes, sports, gym classes, game shows, bingo! The staff were exceptional, so so helpful and there’s so many around to help. I am 24 and went with my grandad and there was so much for both of us!

Love cruising with Fred Olsen as they have dance hosts. I simply like dancing and being a solo passenger I haven’t got a partner.
