Frankfurt Airport Reviews 

One of the worst airports ever visited. Rude staff. If you have an inferiority complex don't take it out on my 4 yo daughter.
Very poor, chaotic organisation, idiotic rules, permanent delays, just typical Germany.
The airport itself is very unappealing, poor concrete floors, ceiling shows lots of poorly made machinery.
Indicators, often, not present...
Choice of restaurant and shops poor and heavily overpriced.
Recommend to avoid, unless you have no other choice!!!

I had to wait for my suitcase after my arrival with Thai Airways 90 minutes.
So I didn't catch my bus and nobody wanted to take the responsibility for it.
Terrible and slow staff.
Nobody seems to be really motivated.
I will try to avoid this time stealing airport in the future.

Awful airport!! I bought energidrinks for 270 dkk = 36 Euro in cph airport in tax free. They did not give me a bag...
I land in Frankfurt where I have a connecting flight to Jordan. I still do have these redbull with me, because normally u can take it all the way.
They took them all from me and threw them out.
This is the first time this has ever happened and I am furious. They could see that I bought it in another airport...

In case of connections, if you are in a hurry, give up!
The slowness and rudeness of the baggage control staff is embarrassing. Kindness and understanding are not at home here and the impression is that the passenger is a burden and not an asset.
For future trips we will carefully evaluate a possible stopover at this airport.

First impression were great. It’s massive. Looks clean. Well organised BUT food shops are so pricey.. not a lot of choices. Also I have seen a few mice running around. Especially in the children play area and food shops terminal1. I have a video proof.

The worst. I’m disabled. Horrible service. Had to get through security on my own. Asked for help but left at security. Made my own way. Lady at the sit down cafe crazy rude. Line ups for bathrooms. Umm isn’t this Germany?? What happened to German cleanliness and orderliness??? Never again.

Arrived and not knowing our onward flight gate number tried to find somewhere to eat. Ugh long queues despite empty tables. When we got to the front breakfast had just finished. Gave up and found our gate number and eventually found we had to check out and check in again including going through security! Lost my water! Now at the gate after long trek and there's a queue for the loo!

We reached T2 by Emirates past 8 pm on 8th October 2022, with a few checked in bags. To catch a long distance train from T1 we took a shuttle bus. The first bus driver hesitated to take us saying there is not enough space left in the bus for our luggage. In a later bus we somehow managed to get in. At T1 bus stop we took another luggage carrier and moved in to go to the train station. For that we had to go one level down and then from there to go to level 3 or 4 to the train station. However to go to one level down there was on elevator or escalators. So we had to leave the second luggage carrier took, and carry the bags one by one and from there had to take a third carrier. At that level in T1 the shops were closing and we could not get even a bottle if water. The signs are not very clear for a new person there and after wandering for about half an hour we could find the lift to the train station. In short, three luggage carriers by paying 3 euros, and carrying luggage through the stairs, no one to ask any doubt, no water to drink... It is a nightmare! At the minimum there should be an elevator accessible from the bus stop at T1. Unfortunately the airport is not aware that long distance travellers come with a lot of luggage, it seems.

I had dinner at Haussmann’s Restaurant in Frankfurt Airport Monday, 28 March.
When I paid the bill using a credit card the terminal gave me different options for amounts to tip and also to not tip.
In Germany, unlike in for instance America, I’m pretty sure the workers receive a reasonable hourly wage, so tipping should be optional.
I was asked by the waitress why I didn’t tip her. This to me felt like she was overstepping a boundary.
If I had paid with cash I don’t think that this situation would have arisen. Or I hope not, anyway.
I hope that the staff of the restaurant can be advised by their leadership about how to handle this type of situation - it felt very awkward in my option.

Not that bad. Wouldn't recommend but I guess its ok after all.

Your services are very poor and I regret that I bought from your store. Now it's been two weeks and my order still hasn't shipped. You are the worst store in the world.
