Disappointed
Once I had assemble the bike I found two small dents on the frame and a scratch on the bars. Not enough for me to pack it up and send it back and I expect it was nothing to do with Foundation. It would of been nice if the bike had been checked more thoroughly so my new bike was perfect from the start.

Ordered wheels and tyres online but unfortunately the wheels were out of stock, Mike called to explain and offered to make custom wheels at no extra cost.
Excellent customer service and would recommend these and will definitely use again

New bmx bike
Absolutely brilliant service , I had missed the postage for the 48 hour service but they very kindly went out of there way to deliver the bike in person . The bike is everything I wanted and they had even put it together for me . Would recommend them to all my friends and I'm also going to buy more stuff for my bike from them . After ordering, it turned out they didn't have the t-shirt I ordered in stock so I was contacted promptly and offered a range of similar t-shirts in a range of sizes along with a discount for the inconvenience.
