Would rate zero stars if possible ordered a hamper from here it was left on the doorstep in the blazing heat. The product was ruined and I got no help from customer service at door was left on the phone holding period of time promised an email which never happened would never ever order from this company again customer service in the whole experience was the worst I’ve ever had.

Kack At special times particularly christmas…
At special times particularly christmas time,
One does not want to recieve severely dented unfunctioning merry go round biscuit tins from a World renowned specialist store such as f&m.
They eventually dealt with my grief, but not before a whole protracted long drawn out affair that only served to make one feel like the dirt under thier proverbial shoe.
I only order some special items at christmas because it's suppossed to be a nice time, i've had quite a few damaged items from f&m in the past, these things happen sometimes, with spar tesco amazon ebay etc, but it's just not good enough when this happens with fortnum and masons!!!
I get the feeling if i was a wealthy famous star i'd never recieve kak from f&m but i'm just poor old dirt according to f&m.
Do better by everybody f&m!!
I'm shopping at harvery nicks Libertys and john lewis for nice undamaged gifts from now on!!.
