Ricky and Adam delivered my replacement washing machine this morning. They were very friendly and explained everything as they went along. They left the area clean and tidy too. I’ve been with this company for over a decade and they never fail on customer service and quality of products.

I have been a customer of Forbes Rentals for many years now. I have rented several washing and drying machines and dishwashers. The service and peace of mind offered through rental are well worth having in a busy family household. The Bosch appliances are very reliable and on the odd occasion I have had to request service on these items, Forbes have jumped into action immediately with next day and same day service which is amazing. The rental payments are very affordable and Forbes are a great company with great staff that are always happy to help. I really cannot fault my decision to rent from Forbes.

Toby & Ray delivered a cooker for us and installed it - lovely blokes, tested it before installation and gave us all the info we needed! Also kept us updated throughout the delivery and gave us a call when they were 15 minutes away.

Liam and Ross were both lovely early delivery all plugged in and helped me take the old fridge freezer downstairs too

I have been a Forbes TV customer for many years and everything about the service is excellent, particularly the customer services / scheduling and the technicians. In my recent equipment swap Ali in scheduling and Ricky and Adam who came to fit the new equipment were particularly patient and helpful

Wanted to rent a washing machine and Forbes seemed to be the go to company, I'm now glad I did choose these. From the get go the company were informative and very helpful, albeit I had to pay a little more for a product than I would of liked, however the pre loved they advertised was not in stock (is a little disappointing seeing something advertised if it's not actually available). Set up was easy and choosing a delivery date was super easy and efficient. The engineers Ross & Lewis were absolutely amazing, knew their stuff and were kind, caring, respectful and helpful. Ross & Lewis are definitely an asset to the company. Product wise, very happy. Pre loved washing machine and it's clean and in full working order. Definitely recommend giving this company a go for rental products

Fantastic service. Elaine was so helpful arranging a short term tumble dryer rental for me. Ricky and Adam were the nicest delivery guys, fantastic communication, bang on time and made lifting the appliance up two fights of stairs look effortless. Thanks Forbes!

Perfect service is usual from Forbes rentals.
Liam and Lewis were excellent. They brought the tv into the room it was to be installed in, set up the TV including contacting to the WiFi and connecting it to subscriptions from my phone, such as Netflix. They were well mannered and kind. It was straightforward to complete paperwork and Liam and Lewis removed all the packing materials once installation was complete. The TV is a reconditioned Sony Tv but there were no scratches or fading colour and the TV performance is high quality.

Toby and Ray were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Our white goods were fitted swiftly and we were given a demonstration on how to use them.
