Calling and setting up the viewing was a matter of a quick call. The viewing was scheduled for within days. I had to call other times and I could always find someone on the other side, including the agent following the flat in question. I was positively impressed that I could arrange a second viewing, when the first could not be completed, due to unforeseen circumstances related to the previous tenant, and while the maintenance was ongoing. The communication was very straightforward as much as the application. The renovation was quick and well-made. I cannot but recommend this agent.

Folio management used to be good but recently with the change of the housing manager the level of service has gone down and it's really disappointing. The communal area cleaning has not been done for the last two months, numerous calls and emails to the housing manager but still not resolved. Rent is increased every year but no property maintenance. So frustrating!!

Francis from Folio was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the rental process. He was easily accessible and honest about everything we had to know about. He answered all of our questions promptly and made the process smooth and stress free. The referencing process was also clear, quick, and efficient. I have had a positive experience with Folio through the process of viewing, securing and eventually finalising on a flat in London (which I am still in the process of). Francis, in particular, was incredibly helpful as he promptly responded to all queries I had and was available over the phone during the process of signing the draft contract - which was greatly appreciated as someone moving to live in London for the first time. Overall, a positive and reassuring experience thus far.
