Who initially worked with us to find our best home to rent and he was someone who we could trust and rely on. He was there from the beginning until we complete our paperwork for the tenancy and gave a warm handover to his colleague Beverley who is another trusted person we can rely on. She ensured that the property was handed as promised. She even went out of her way to get the furnitures delivered after hours of her work time. Folio is truly an inspiration to many estate agents out there

Marson Place is unsafe. The building is constantly being broken into and strangers follow residents in from the street.

Folio introduced a 'digital concierge' (delivery locker system) to receive parcels, which was broken into within weeks of installation.

Our mailbox, located inside the building, was broken into last week. We have since received fraudulent credit cards—a clear case of identity fraud. We raised a ticket earlier in the week to repair the mailbox, but this has not been responded to.

Today, I tried to call the emergency phone number (for outside business hours/weekend) and received a voice message saying the office was closed - we can't even get emergency support for theft and broken facilities.

The flat itself is nice (albeit too expensive for the location). However, we do not feel safe. I've lived in London for 10+ years and this is the first time I've ever felt unsafe in my own home.

The building needs security and a human concierge. Until this is implemented, Marson Place will not be safe.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Vicky and Gabriel were super helpful, my sink was broken and he called me up to let me know that the parts were being ordered (which he didn't have to do!) and he fixed and explained the issue - super
