I got stuck in the middle seat of the…
I got stuck in the middle seat of the helicopter, even though I paid full price! Can't even enjoy the view, just squeezed between two window people, staring at the sky the whole time. They should totally charge less for the middle seat or just put four people in the helicopter. It's not worth ruining someone's once-in-a-lifetime experience for a few extra bucks. Seriously.

I would say the flight itself was very phenomenal and the pilot was super nice, she was very warm and welcoming. However, it was my birthday and I didn’t feel the welcome and just overall hospitality for that, like atleast do a little special thing for people’s birthday even if it’s a cardboard birthday hat or something. I see someone didn’t like their seat and they got a free ride again right after. So I know they are capable of doing more.

Bad customer service
Bad customer swrvice. They told me that air space is closed when i was in the taxi. Then when i canceled the taxi they messaged me that it is open and me to come. I got another taxi and double paid. Awful!!!!

Don't be scared, it's amazing!
I am terrified of heights and at first didn't want to fly but my fiance talked me into it. After we arrived staff was helpful from the start and professional. I felt stressed but safe when they put on my harness and explained all safety features. When we got to a helipad and lifted off the ground in the smoothest way possible I forgot about being stressed. It was amazing! It's ike riding ridiculously loud lift and the magical carpet at the same time. Views were amazing! It changed my mind about helicopters and I will definitely do something like that again!

Disappointing Customer Experience!
Very disappointing experience overall. The helicopter ride itself was great and the pilot was professional and kind, but unfortunately the customer experience before and after the flight completely ruined it for us.
The front desk staff was not welcoming or understanding, and both the online and in-person customer service felt cold and inconsistent. It honestly felt like different customers were treated differently, which was frustrating to experience firsthand.
Looking back now, I probably should have paid more attention to the negative reviews mentioning poor customer service because unfortunately that ended up matching our experience too.
