Disappointing Customer Experience!
Very disappointing experience overall. The helicopter ride itself was great and the pilot was professional and kind, but unfortunately the customer experience before and after the flight completely ruined it for us.
The front desk staff was not welcoming or understanding, and both the online and in-person customer service felt cold and inconsistent. It honestly felt like different customers were treated differently, which was frustrating to experience firsthand.
Looking back now, I probably should have paid more attention to the negative reviews mentioning poor customer service because unfortunately that ended up matching our experience too.

Disappointing Wall view with open Legs Flight
For my brother it was a 5/5 experience, but for me it was disappointing to have my half side blocked with a wall even I purchased 2 times the same ticket including free legs and shoe photo. I couldn’t even stick my foot out but actually payed 250$ extra for an open view with putting out legs/feet.

- location is quite remote and you need to plan for at least 1h plus buffer to get there from Times square
- in combination with 90mins on top for upfront wating and preparation even more time is consumed
- check-in and prep was professionell but efficient to the point it felt bossy and unpersonal

What a way to see NY
Amazing experience from start to finish! Everything was smooth and well organised, and they even managed to get my wife booked on at the last minute. What a way to see New York — the views were unbelievable.
My wife is normally a very nervous flyer, but she said the helicopter flight didn’t make her feel nervous at all, which says a lot. Our pilot, James, was excellent — very professional, informative, and had a great sense of humour that made the whole experience even better.
Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting New York!

A nice experience
A nice experience, but I reserved a seat with my feet out since January and when I arrived I was given the seat behind the pilot (that seat allows you to go out with your feet out 20%). It doesn't seem fair to me to pay the money requested and not get what you paid for. I could very well have bought tickets for a helicopter with the doors closed and had the same experience for much less money.

I have paid a ticket to be able to take my feet out and they have put me in the middle of two huge people, I have not enjoyed
They also made me pay a surcharge of $75 each for being late when I had warned that I was late and the train was in the middle without being able to cross

Staff was absolutely amazing and sweet. Experience was wayyy above a 10/10. Our pilot Bianca was fantastic and took us smoothly for such stunning views. Definitely recommend this experience to everyone coming to NYC!

isappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service
We booked the flight specifically to experience the sunset, but at the scheduled time the company was unable to get permission for takeoff, and we were forced to switch to a night flight instead. Even though the night flight is more expensive, we had intentionally chosen the sunset experience, and the company did not offer any compromise or compensation, such as a discount or additional flight time. Because of the way the situation was handled, I would never recommend this company to friends or family.
