Location is pretty far out and a bit sketchy. Staff super unfriendly and arrogant. Besides the safety instructions, no clear communication on what to expect next. You get taken out to the platform and back, that’s about it. Nobody offered to take a picture to make this experience memorable. All in all super expensive but mediocre experience. Adding taxi cost to NJ and back, plus the additional fees, we probably would have been better off just selecting one of the Manahattan operators who didn’t have the flashy Insta videos.

Everything was so smooth. The staff is very helpful and the whole thing is very well organized. We got the 30’ package even if we originally booked the 16’ flight, but got a great price on the spot. My travel companion was affraid of flying but the crew did a great job at encouraging him. Our pilot was Robert, he did a great job! The overall experience was great and the 30’ flight is worth every cent. It feels the shorter flight would be too short.

The person who did the check in was horrible , he acted like he was doing us a favor , I can’t remember his name.
Also you ask us to be 1 hour and 15 our turn was at 12 and we ended doing t the activity until 12:30 . So we waisted 2 hours waiting.
The pilot was extraordinary !!!

It was a good experience overall; however, we paid for the guaranteed window seat with our feet hanging outside, but we were assigned to a seat that only had a window and did not offer that experience.
This completely ruined our expectations of having the full experience we had paid for. What was even more disappointing was the company’s lack of concern regarding this issue and their claim that a closed window seat is considered the same as a “feet-out” seat.
To make matters worse, another couple who did not pay for the feet-out seat upgrade ended up having a much better experience than we did, even though we paid more for it.
Passenger weight was clearly not a valid reason for assigning us to this poor seat, as our body weights were very similar to theirs. Therefore, there was no apparent justification for placing us in a seat that did not provide the experience we specifically paid extra to receive.

I was assigned a seat between two larger individuals and was squeezed in there like a sardine. I couldn't move my arm freely or use my phone to film the scenery. I feel that my experience was incomplete; I could barely see anything and couldn't stretch out my legs. I had booked an 11:00 AM flight—I was at the airport by 9:30—but the flight itself didn't depart until after 12:00, which complicated my subsequent plans.

We enjoyed the ride and views! Bianca was amazing! My only complaint was that we there wasn’t much to do between the arrival snd flight time. Perhaps a flight movie (or mission impossible) would have been a good distraction.

The helicopter experience itself was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of my NYC trip. The views were incredible, the adrenaline during takeoff was unforgettable, and the overall flight felt very safe and professional.
However, I do think there is room for improvement regarding late arrival policies. I was visiting NYC for the first time and left Manhattan early, but due to transportation issues (mainly Uber delays outside my control), I still arrived late and had to pay a $75 fee. I understand that policies are written in advance, but it was still frustrating considering I genuinely tried to arrive on time.
That said, the actual experience was unforgettable and absolutely worth doing if you're visiting NYC.

The flight experience itself was excellent, and once in the air, everything met or exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, the customer service surrounding our booking left a lot to be desired.
One member of our group was ultimately unable to fly due to weight restrictions. While I understand that weight and balance limitations are an important safety requirement, this was not clearly communicated during the booking process. We entered everyone's weights online in advance, yet no warning, disclaimer, or indication was provided that there could be an issue.
When we arrived, staff verified weights and then privately informed our friend that they would not be permitted to fly. While I appreciate the discretion with which that conversation was handled, the situation that followed was disappointing.
Our group consisted of only three people. Rather than offering an earlier flight, a voucher, a partial credit, or discussing any reasonable accommodation, we were essentially told that our options were to proceed without our friend or forfeit the entire booking cost. That placed us in a very difficult position.
What was most frustrating was not the policy itself, but the lack of effort to find a solution. As a result, our friend experienced an embarrassing situation and then had to sit and wait for several hours while the rest of us completed the experience.
I fully understand that businesses must operate within safety requirements and established policies. However, I believe better communication upfront and a willingness to offer some form of compromise or accommodation would have gone a long way toward creating a more positive customer experience.
Overall, the flight was great, but the handling of this situation significantly impacted our impression of the company.

They charge us 75$ each because we came in a hour before . The lady at front desk was so rude said we are professional we respect time. Our flight was at 07:00 and the helicopter fly at 7:20 or more .

even if you're late by a minute, they will charge you a $75 per person.
Also, the $99 price is misleading cause they add a 60% booking fee per seat and NOT per booking.
