Having spotted an error in an online purchase , I was able to get it amended quickly and receive confirmation of the change .

Great product. Exceptional and I really do mean exceptional service. So very highly recommended.

DO NOT use this company. Extremely poor quality labels. The labels peel constantly and are more suited in the bin than on any packaging. I was told down the phone by an 'apparent manager' in customer service support - NOT a manager) that they have been having on-going issues with the adhesive on the labels and yet they still continue to sell them, I questioned why they were doing this as they continue to sell faulty products whilst being fully aware of it. He became very argumentative and arrogant, refused to allow a return, replacement or refund. Appalling and atrocious customer service. Use any other company than this, we will not be using them again and have passed on feedback to the multitude of other suppliers and businesses I work with to not use them. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I have been using this company for around 6 years now, the labels are some of the best value I have found. There have been a couple of issues along the way, but that’s not important, the importance is in how a company deals with the issues. They have been very quick to respond to my issues and help me along the way.

Overall find them excellent,Service and product exemplary One issue I had was their template, I downloaded it and found it was fine but had a border round it. I wanted to remove the border but it was not for being removed or locked so had to make my own. The product is good and I would recommend

I had problems inserting the rolls into the printer because they were a wider piquin. the measurements indicated were 80 mm but the rolls were a little larger. for now I managed to cut the roll by a few millimeters but for the future I would like to have rolls that do not exceed 80 mm. if by chance you have let me know that I will be happy to buy them back from you. thanks for your attention and good day

Customer service was excellent - immediate response to my question with accurate helpful information which solved my problem and saved me time and money. Will definitely buy from this company in the future for my office supplies.

This company is a dodgy company, we order Polypropylene material labels, they sent paper label, when we contacted the company and explained the manager said, that he cannot help and simply he said he will not accept return.

Be careful.

Excellent service from the Flexilabel team. Friendly, quick & efficient turnaround. These guys have been my go-to for my product labels for a long time. Orders always arrived quickly. I don't know what's changed lately but orders are taking weeks to arrive. I chased an order up a few weeks ago that was already two-weeks late and they only processed it when I called them. Now I am awaiting more labels that are getting near the two week mark. Really annoying as now I'm forced to try find a new supplier that does textured labels.

Always arrive promptly and in good condition

Firstly, a very simple and useful slider function on the website to narrow down the labels available for the particular size I required, and once decided plenty of options for the type of finish and adhesive required.
Secondly, easy to place the order, good communication throughout, and prompt delivery.

We have used Flexi Labels several times now and each time they have been fantastic. Our orders have been dispatched and delivered quickly, well packaged and all present and correct. The website is brilliant. It's easy to find what you need even when you don't fully know what size and spec you need. The labels are great value for money, we buy all of our labels from Flexi Labels. We recommend them to everyone.

I have ordered from Flexi labels several times over the years. However I noticed on the last order the paper quality had dropped considerably. Consequently the new labels get jammed in the printer more often. I reached out to Flexi labels and they said it was due to their supplier and they replied with it was 'beyond our control'. Dissapointing as used to be a good product.
