Product is exactly as described, very happy.
I dropped a star only because two weeks had passed since I placed order and the item hadn't shipped.
I emailed customer service and the next day I had a shipping notification.
Shipping was expensive, but very fast.
Overall I am happy and will buy from fixparts-online again.

Easy, but improvement areas are needed
The ordering process was easy and my 2 parts had to be special ordered so I understand that I would have to wait. My recommendations for improvement would be to send a follow up email to let customers know the progress of their order as well as the ability to see the lead time for parts before ordering.

I just don't get these guys
I just don't get these guys, I got wrong parts one on each of two orders and I have sent them numerous emails but they keep coming back and asking me for information that they already have, what is wrong with these folk!!! I have sent them photos on three different occasions but they still can't read the part number which is very clear

In this case, the misunderstanding arose because the supplier, BMW, changed/removed the availability of individual car spare parts, unfortunately without notifying us in advance. Therefore, upon receiving the product, it did not correspond to the existing code, although everything should have been correct according to the data available. Since such cases are rare, we wanted to investigate the problem thoroughly, so we repeatedly turned to you with questions. We apologize again for this misunderstanding, but as we have already agreed, all the money paid for the product will be returned. We will use the feedback to improve and ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Genuine parts at a good price
Genuine parts at a good price. Delivery could have been quicker as it took a over a week for the part to be despatched but once despatched delivery by TNT was next day.
Would use again and would recommend as long as part was not time critical.

after the delay of the product arrival, the seller sent me another product by pasting the serial number of the product of my choice. Be careful not to send the product for which you paid. The seller has not given me any solution to my problem.
