It would be great if you can ship where I am which is in the Cayman Islands. We order car parts for the repair shop and we have RHD cars here. I need to use a forwarder in Florida USA to get the part here in Cayman

Fixparts is a good source for original mercedes parts. I have purchased from them a few times and the experience has been good! I also find the shipping prices reasonable eventhough i live on the other side of the world. Leadtime for items not in stock might take several days, so you’ll have to be patient.

Trustworthy
They seem to be able to deliver when local dealerships take forever. Can't understand it has to be what's going on in the world right now. They even were able to issue a refund but the cost of shipping it back is to expensive. Glad I found the company ,thanks.

Beware separate tax bill!
If you’re ordering from the UK, make sure you’re aware that tax I’m not included on the prices quoted on the website - I got a bill for £150 from the courier to pay the tax.

We are sorry that it got you off guard. Unfortunately, we can't predict customs charges set by individual country.
When we sell products to UK, we actually take off the VAT payment (which you'd pay if you'd be in EU). That mean that you are actually paying only import charges comparing to other countries. We'd recommend to read through HMRC guidelines about goods sent from abroad - https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/tax-and-duty.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Paid for up to four days delivery at a price of £55 odd. That was on the 23rd November, almost three weeks ago. Spoke to their customer service a week ago and had a person who seemed reluctant to help, tell me the part has just arrived and they’ll ship it that day (which is a week after I ordered the part). I called again last week (second week into order being placed) and the guy on the phone repeated what the previous said a week before (the part has now arrived and we’ll ship today). So when did it arrive, last week or the week before last. Either way this is terrible as you’ve either taken two weeks to order my part in or you’ve had my part sat there for a week without shipping it. Got informed the part would be with me last Wednesday the latest and it’s a week after and still no part. It is in transit and I have a tracking number but the time it’s taking makes me think that they didn’t pay for express delivery like I ordered. Absolutely shocking service and customer service. Would’ve ordered the part from somewhere else that offered up to two days shipping and a further four days delivery. Instead I chose these as they make it appear as though your order will be with you in no time. Wast of time.

This part was not in our warehouse, so we ordered it immediately on 23.11.2021. from suppliers who let us down a bit and delivered parts to us only on 7.12.2021. Therefore, it was sent out later than planned.
I know that my answers will not solve your problems, but we take responsibility for the shortcomings and always try to fix them.
We sent you a letter to agree on a mutually beneficial solution.
