Order made on middle of september 2024, but until now receive nothing. Fitvii only provide tracking number that wont respond or update. I wonder why how they able to obtain so high positive rating. Damn idiot scammer company.

Although this watch is reasonably priced (compared to its rival Fitbit), the BP function in not all reliable. To give an example: When this watch recorded my BP as 126/76 the BP reading using a Cuff monitor instrument was 140/93. The other functions are OK.

Defective watch, policy enforced not found on website.

Fitvii website just removed my first honest review. It was posted through an email they sent me asking for a review and through 'judgeme' site. That's wrong. Still have not reached out to me yet though they're clearly aware of the situation.

Bought my first smart watch through this company(6/21/24). Everything was fine until it arrived. Would not hold a charge, less than 23 hrs usage. About a week ago it shut off and won't turn back on. I tried contacting company in 4 different ways. Took a few weeks to get a response and that only addressed one out for the several emails I sent.
I was told they're sorry the watch is defective and I can get a replacement or repair. I opted for replacement. Keep in mind their no worry 180 day warranty and their 30 day warranty. I was well past the 30 day because it took so long to get a response, I believe I was around day 50 before I got an email reply. I was told no worries we will get the replacement right out to you. Over a week later I was told I need to pay shipping on the replacement. Even though it's not on the website saying you will have to pay shipping for a factory defective watch, I clicked the link to pay. The charge was 19.90usd and when I went to check out they added another 19.90 for shipping totaling 39.80 for shipping out my free replacement watch. I found another page on the website that also said 19.90 replacement shipping fee only so I paid that using a family members PayPal so I could easily dispute the charge if they tried to tell me it's not enough.
To date I'm out 107.39 for a non working watch. I paid 87.49 for the watch when first ordered. I trusted the 180/30 day worry free guarantee. Now I'm told to pay 39.80, the first 19.90 is for handling and the second 19.90 is for shipping. So my watch that that cost 87.49, free shipping and arrived factory defective is now going to cost me 127.29 total from start to finish for 1 working watch. This was not my fault.

Getting a response from this company in under a few weeks was impossible. I have many screenshots showing there is no listed charge for a free replacement of a defective watch within the 180/30 days, only a shipping charge is you opt repair. Yet, here I am with no working watch and out over 100+USD. I was emailed today they will not send my "free" replacement for my defective watch until I pay the other 19.90 as well. They said they thanked me for bringing the lack of information on being charge shipping twice on their website, to their attention and I would have to pay anyway to get a working watch. I replied telling them I will not pay more for a free replacement for a factory defective watch and I would like a full and complete refund or free replacement. I told them I am not paying out of pocket to ship a broken watch or almost 50.00usd for a free replacement. I have opened a payment dispute via PayPal for the 19.90 and will be filling paperwork with my bank to dispute original charge if they cannot or will not work with me on this. I accepted paying a shipping charge of 19.90 once, that was fair enough but this just keeps getting more ridiculous and costly.

I am extremely disappointed in the watch and customer service/support. I don't mind waiting for a reply via email. I don't mind waiting a month for something to ship. I don't even mind paying shipping on a free defective replacement though it is not listed on the site or fair at all. I do mind paying a total of 127.79 after everything is said and done for 1 watch that may or may not work like the first one. I trusted this company and their reviews. I should not have. It's a long drawn out fight to get anything answered or done. I feel like every time i open an email I lose money at this point.

To top it all off, I originally purchased the wrong watch, but that is all on me. I thought I bought the GT5pro but I purchased the electro pulse. I couldn't figure out how to exchange or cancel the order and still never received a reply from that email I sent via the website, so I accepted it and moved on. Again, that was my fault.
I was actually getting ready to purchase the GT5pro since I thought they handle the replacement of this defective watch so well. Then I received the emails about all the extra charges to ship and handle a defective watch they mailed to me.

I will update my review once I hear back from their customer service rep, Judy, that has been helping me. To be fair, Judy has been nothing but respectful and kind. If I end up having to dispute the original charge via my bank, I'll update that as well since I'm still waiting to see if I get a refund, free replacement or if I'm told oh well we can't help without more money. I've got nothing against anyone, I have a lot of problems with their policies and their lack of starting and clarity on their website.

Fitvii pro 5 with all the bells and…

Fitvii pro 5 with all the bells and whistles Glucose monitor and all. Charged it once, no buttons now work to move to any other screen. Just a watch now. Worthless. Do not buy. …UPDATE. I have found, that if the watch, when charging, does not charge 100% if will not move from charging screen…so when chasing, charge for at least 6 hours…or over night.

fitvii.com is company of scammers and they steal money

I sincerely want to warn about these fraudsters and thieves. I paid for FITVII® GT5 Powerful Smartwatch ECG with Heart Rate Blood Pressure Monitor+Blood Glucose Monitor 2024 and New Upgrade:FITVII™ Air Pump + Airbag Oscillometric Blood Pressure Measurement Smart Watch on 6/21/2024 and these products were never delivered to me. Despite the 7 emails that I sent, they answered me with meaningless replies stating the number of the non-existent package and the non-existent shipment company. DO NOT BUY ITEMS from FITVII.COM. They are fraudsters with fake reviews !!!

Ordered the GT5 Blood Pressure Watch on…

Ok, so here is an update to my order on the fitvii.com website. I was contacted by someone from Fitvii customer service team on the 4th of August. I was informed that there has been a surge in orders and that was why there has been a delay in the shipment of my order.

I was also offered a silver metal watch strap worth $19.9 for free, but then i am unsure if that is compensation for the late delivery, but let's wait and see.

I received confirmation this morning 5th of August with the tracking info for my watch. It is still yet to move, and I will keep watching it for changes.

I will keep updating my review and will give a final update with a review on the watch when i receive it.

Place an order July 15 2024

Place an order July 15 2024. It's Aug 1. No watch yet. Tracking says it's in transit. I emailed fitvii they are not responding
Aug 2 Fitvii responded to my review yesterday. Today my GT5 finally arrived!
I charged it and followed directions. Everything seems to be working just like advertised. Even blood pressure and EKG.
Yippee. If I can figure this out anyone can.

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. I ordered a GT5 watch with a metal band, which had a price premium. The watch arrived with a plastic band in an ugly color. Trying to reach their customer service to get an another watchband or return the watch has gone unanswered. The watch seems to function as advertised but I'm not sure if I will keep it.

2 days after posting the review above, Fitviii customer service contacted me with the following email:
Dear customer,
We are very sorry that we sent you the wrong strap due to a mistake by our delivery staff. We will resend you a silver metal strap for free. In addition, if you can change the bad review to a good one on the following platforms, I will give you an extra gold metal strap.

I ordered a GT5 watch with a metal strap at a good price. The watch arrived with an ugly colored plastic strap. I tried to contact their customer service to change the strap or return the watch, and they eventually got back to me and offered to resend the correct strap. The watch seems to work as advertised.

I responded that I would change the review when I received the replacement watch band. Today, I received the following:

Dear customer,
Thank you very much for contacting me and sorry for the late reply due to busy schedule.
I hope to arrange a replacement strap for you as soon as possible, but as your review has not been revised, the superior has not approved the replacement of the metal strap. Can you please revise your review as soon as possible so that I can reissue two metal straps as soon as possible. We will notify you immediately once they are shipped.

It's pretty clear that the only thing this company is interested in is good reviews and will try push customers into providing them. I'm changing the review from 2 stars to 1.

UNRELIABLE reviews - faulty readings - terrible customer support -

I trusted the reviews here and feel scammed by the company after using it for a week where i faced multiple issues with their newest ECG monitor and BP monitor watch.

the BP monitor is NOT medical grade and the readings vary DRASTICALLY compared to any medical grade BP monitor available in the market. for people who actively seek to measure their BP daily for medical purpose, this was an absolute failure. also the readings are very off even for the body temperature as well, not sure how accurate ECG monitor is either unfortunately.

overall otherwise, the build of the watch is fairly bulky and seems not very comfortable while the dial is almost an inch thick and feels very off wearing it.

the customer service is terrible and unreliable - i emailed them constantly across the support websites available and did not get their response on time but rather after 2 weeks.

additionally, their return policy is also a lie since they reject return request based on the experiences above and rather tried to upsell me through giving a discount on their another product. i felt scammed as their official website mentions 30 day return policy based on the customer experience and issues with the watch that they DO NOT HONOR- massive red flag

i do not recommend as overall the experience have been awful and disappointment full of lies in their marketing as well. SKIP!!

Fitvii customer service is very good

Fitvii customer service is very good. They are prompt and polite. The GT5 works great and helps me keep informed regarding my physical condition. The BP is accurate and agrees with a manual test. Battery lasts a long time. Good watch.

I replaced my watch with the newest…

I replaced my watch with the newest model the GT5Pro. I really like the glucose, blood pressure, and other possible readings. The watch readings are saved on the phone and look accurate. It's a great tool to keep track of your health and have records to see if anything has changed during the week or month.

I also use the watch to listen to music, answer phone calls and the battery life is great.

I definitely can recommend this new watch to any one, who needs to keep track of their glucose, and blood pressure.
