Dissatisfied

The $60 smartwatch I purchased, looks cheap. It certainly doesn’t look like it cost $60. It was also too small to fit around my wrist. I sent several emails before getting a response. They finally told me I would have to pay so much to return it that I should just keep it. I wasted money. I am very dissatisfied.

Check the reviews before you buy anything from this company!

I never even opened the package when I decided to return it, not where it was mailed from in the US but to CHINA! It would cost almost as much to return it as I paid for it to begin with especially with the warning that customs could open it for inspection at an additional cost. I should have checked the horrible reviews BEFORE I bought it.

Shoddy customer service

Wore the watch for 2 weeks and the plastic edge where the band hooks in broke. I contacted them, multiple pictures and explanations later, no satisfaction. They kept telling me to buy a new band. Pretty watch, but no joy from customer service. Will not buy from them ever again.

Misrepresented themselves

First they misrepresented themselves saying they were American company with America products it is coming from China. The watch is not working properly. There are no explanations why is it not working no manual don't know if I need other electrical product to get it to work. Their phone doesn't work will not answer. Chat will not answer just give general message cannot reach someone to correct or to get answers. I want to return product and a refund. They will not answer. Plus you feel like they were not upfront with you!

DON'T TRUST THEM!!

DON'T TRUST THEM!!! Sent me a cheap watch instead of what I ordered. They keep removing my reviews off their website. I can't get anyone to respond other than saying that I am not using the watch right... WT HECK?!?!?!!! Excuse the language.

I bought a watch with blood sugar…

I bought a watch with blood sugar monitoring in March 2024. After a month the screen started blacking out on and off. Now it's totally black and it won't light up at all I wrote to them and told them what happened. I ask if I could get another watch that is not defective. They said sure...we will give you 15% off another watch! But I don't want to buy another. I just want one that works! Waiting for.another reply. I will not just BUY another one!

I bought a smartwatch from this company…

I bought a smartwatch from this company after reading all the wonderful reviews on their website.
At first i agreed with their reviews,could not fault the functionality of the watch but after wearing the watch for a few days i developed a rash on my skin caused by the watch and it became painful to wear.
I contacted them to ask for a return and refund and was asked for photos an videos of the damage to my wrist.
As it had taken a few days for them to respond the rash had thankfully subsided which i explained to them, they then asked me to put watch back on to show them the issue, i refused to injure myself and they refused to take watch back.
I opened a dispute with paypal who sided with company initially but on appeal asked me to send watch back at my expense, which i did, parcel company have now lost parcel and are refusing to pay compensation as their tracking number no longer exists.
The moral of this story, dont buy direct from companies in China, their customer service is awful and its a nightmare getting the parcels back to them,avoid these crooks at all costs
