HORRIBLE experience. I order a ring in a size based on the way they indicate how to measure your finger. But that way is quite to far from accurate. So I received the ring which was at least 2 sizes bigger and tried to return it and get smaller one. After multiple emails in which they where offering to me to buy another one instead, 30% cheaper telling me I can keep this other ring. I didn’t accept it, so the they offered 15% refund. Basically they are obligating you to buy it. I said no, I want a ring with the right size, then I should pay all cost to return it, customs fees and many other conditions. Summarizing, acquire other product. This people are not ready to go international. Pls the product doesn’t have a great review.

After 5 months of simple use, the screen floats, and the company does not replace the product or refund the money.

I received a smart watch that was defective. I tried the app, changed the face , fully charged it etc. There were lines across the face making it impossible to read. I took a picture of it and emailed the company immediately. I wanted a refund not another after so much trouble with this one. I am on my 11th email. Basically I have to pay to ship it back and other fees since I want to return it. WHY? They sent me a defective smartwatch and I have to pay more?

don't buy from them. my dad bought thinking its a good watch , but its just a cheap watch from aliexpress and they are selling them for a big price like 100 dollars and i searched on aliexpress and they are buying them for 20 dollars.so check the internet before buying something like this.my dad is old and he didn't tried to get help with the watch and now he just got scammed
