Absolutely excellent service. Robin arrived on time and rectified the issue quickly and efficiently. Additionally he suggested that the filter be moved to a far more convenient location and he then proceeded to do this for us in minutes. Cannot recommend him and the service highly enough.

Apart from a mix-up on the original date to attend which meant we had to wait a week longer than I had hoped, Adam was very professional when he arrived on time, the installation of the machine was it seems a problem albeit almost 5 years ago, the programming was the issue and the machine was left working perfectly when he left! Highly recommended very pleased with the outcome

Adam, the engineer, arrived promptly and his communication skils, before and during the visit was excellent. He offered advice and repaired the appliance and it’s now in perfect working order hence the 5* review.

AJ arrived within the time advised and very efficiently dealt with the issues I had been having with my dishwasher. He then put each drawer through a test program to ensure it was working properly. He also waited while I started a full program to give me confidence that it was working as it should. AJ was polite and helpful throughout his visit.

Ash made a service call very simple and put our client at ease. A delivery damaged door was replaced and then levels checked and explained functions to our client.
This is the kind of service all companies should offer but it is rare.
