Joshua Turner provided great customer service. He found the reason for the transaction decline and explained that the vendor had waited to long (7 days) and the approval had expired before the charge had been submitted.

Jose Flores was the wonderful employee who answered my call. I explained to him my situation and he took the time to ask the questions he needed to fully understand my situation. I told him that I didn't have a lot of time before I needed to end the call and he kept that in mind throughout the whole call. He checked in with others when he wasn't sure how to proceed and made sure to get my permission to move forward with things. I'm confident that my issue will get solved as soon as possible with his help!

I received an email about one of my cards being added to the digital program you have, and I did not do this. I was happy to get an email on this, and the customer service was excellent.
