Delivery company did not post through my letter box and left with a neighbour who is now away so I’m stuck without my contact lenses and will need to order more, obviously will be from a different company.

Extremely poor quality and customer service abysmal
Extremely poor quality. Non existent customer service. Wish I could give 0/5 stars. Arrived with small chips in the polarised sunglasses coating that will only degrade the coating further and further now there are gaps where water etc can get in. I emailed within an hour of them being delivered and got an extremely bog standard response from someone who didn’t even leave their name - that’s how little customer service there is. I was told I can’t return them for a replacement as I cut the tag off. What about the supposed 12 month warranty offered by this company? It doesn’t exist! Once the sunglasses leave them in London they aren’t interested and you are on your own. First and last pair I will buy. Avoid this company like the plague. They are cheap as they are poor quality. Glasses were sent with a crap felt pocket to keep the glasses in, not even a proper case. Abysmal experience. Order from Iolla instead, as I have done around 6 times in the past. I’ve been nothing but impressed by them and their glasses and sunglasses and their prices are very similar and they provide quality cases! I ordered sunglasses from this company a I wanted this specific oval shape prescription glasses and I couldn’t find it anywhere else. Very very disappointing.
