Good service
Fast service. Very happy with product. I was a bit surprised to find my parcel had been delivered to my back door when I was actually in my house at the time. I presume he rang my bell which does not work but he could have used the door knocker too! As everyone else does. I didnt know it had been delivered until I decided I had to go out and saw the info on my mob.

If I could give 100 stars I would…
Bought a pair of glasses and felt was taking a risk because was the first time I’d committed to spending a little more and getting a solid, reliable pair of specs. I loved them, and so was absolutely gutted when they got broken (entirely the fault of my old man and nothing to do with the glasses). I contacted them and told them that the lenses were fine but the frame had snapped. They told me to ship them back to them and that they’d take a look. To my surprise, they put the lenses in a new frame and sent them back, free of charge. Incredible service! Nice to know in these dark times of profit-focused capitalism that there are still companies that know the value of providing a good, reliable service to their customers. As long as feelgoodcontacts are in business, they have got a loyal customer in me. If I could give 100 stars I would.

Used Evri, refused refund when parcel stolen
They sent my order via Evri, who left it unattended on my doorstep without my permission. There was no option to redirect it to a shop or locker for pickup, or to change the delivery day. These were then stolen by someone.
When I reported it to feel good contacts, as my contract is with them, they treated me like I was trying to defraud them and said that Evri delivered my package to me, despite the photographic evidence from Evri themselves that they left it on my doorstep, and my video evidence from ring doorbell. They refused to refund me or send a new delivery.
Don’t purchase from these people, other sellers give you the option to have your items delivered by Royal Mail instead, who do actually follow instructions to not leave parcels unattended.

Great service and stock
I’ve been wearing fresh look contacts from feel good contacts for almost 20years, always great service and deliver is always as advised. Never had any issues with them at all. I’m glad they still stock fresh look as it know it’s old school, but they are the most comfortable for me. Very happy customer!
