My wife responded to a Facebook ad for this company offering a necklace for the price of shipping, so I placed the order for her. They take you thru numerous prompts for 'ad-ons' making it difficult to order a single item.
Then my bank flagged the transaction as possible fraudulent ... you bet it was! Three (3) different charges, each for $7.45 consecutively.
I immediately cancelled the card as out bank will issue a replacement while you wait at the teller ... and I NEVER use an important card.

THIS OUTFIT IS A TOTAL SCAM, DESIGNED TO ROPE YOU IN AND SNEAK MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUT.

Two times they have taken money out of my checking account with out my approval I have written email several times to take my name of there account they have gone two far and now I am reporting to better business bureau in the morning... I am very angry

I ordered 4 necklaces with this company. They never stated you would be automatically prescribed to them and owe them a monthly fee of 14.95. I called and left a message but no one called me back. I will be calling my bank and notifying them and getting my money back.

My order was placed at the end of October. I ordered 3 necklaces and 2 rings I'm very pleased with the jewelry but unfortunately there was no wording on the site that my purchase would start a membership, nowhere on the site indicated such a thing would start and it would pull $19.95 out of my account on November 29th without my consent! This morning I called the 1 800 number in the time frame that they should have been open and I had to leave a message fortunately I got called back this afternoon and they are trying to refund the $19.95 to my account but it has yet to happen! I told them if they do not refund my money I will report them to the Better Business Bureau don't know if that does any good with an online site but still I have the right to report them! I told them it's despicable that they're using Christ's name to deceive people!

Today is Sunday December 5th and thankfully, Faythe Co DID REFUND my $19.95 yesterday. I will be watching my account at the end of this month to BE SURE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!

i order a cross for 10.00 in june never was told at all that starting in august 19.95 taken out of my account they have charged me every month with out my ok beware not a Christian group never call back or refunded my 80 they been taking out contact credit card company and since i noticed it only will dispute the last 2 months what crooks Christian group im a christian thy shall not steal or scam beare beware

I gave it 5 stars because I easily got refunded the 19.95 membership fee and I was told that I can return the necklaces and rings that I didn't like AND I didn't have to cancel my credit card. They are really trying to improve their customer service.

First, I would like to say I am disgusted and frustrated that a supposed Christian site is doing all this damage to lots of people.
Second, remember God is watching everything that you do and his vengeance is much worse than Karma.
Third, I will shout from the tree tops about your company on all my social media.
Fourth, just so people know, I have had the same experience with this company as everyone else in these reviews. I last ordered something for 19.95 and the day after Thanksgiving at 3:31am they charged my credit card figuring I was asleep, but I am a Night Owl and my card notifies me when a charge hits my card. So Booyah !!!

Got the wrong necklaces and over a month later still trying to get the right ones. As others have mentioned, was automatically enrolled in a deduction from my account, which I took care of, but still no necklaces!

They took 19.95 out of my acct unauthorized so watch what you do on this website it has malwareb

Got the crosses. But the same as every other person on here getting unauthorised transactions. Had to cancel my card to avoid further withdrawals. So now have to send money to daughters account to be able to pay bills online grrrrr

THEY WILL SECRETLY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD A 2ND TIME DO NOT TRUST. I HAVE TO CONTACT MY BANK FOR FRAUD.

I ordered two nail crosses and received them, I do like the cross but the cross is just used as bait to sucker you in. Once you give them your debit card number, they will charge you every month after that. I must replace my card now so that they can't charge me any more.....P.S. the the once who set this scam up, I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK!!!

I ordered from them received my merchandise and a month later a charge of $14.95 was detected by my bank fraud protection and contacted me. I DID NOT authorize this nor did I order anything at the time!!! I had to cancel my debit card and order a new one which will take 7 to 10 days to get which is really an inconvenience!!!
I hate that a so called Christian company is doing this to people! Really SAD 😞 !!!

I purchased 1 item, received the product. Are now fighting unauthorized charges on my credit card. I would say they are dishonest if not a scam. Do no buy anything advertised on Facebook/Instagram!!!!

I got my 2 necklaces then got charged another $14.99 on my credit card a month later for merchandise I did not order or receive. I wish I had read the reviews. Trying to contact them.

They charged me money out of nowhere after I got my order! Don’t trust these people, seems like they use christians to make money. I saw many writing the same experience here.

SCAMMER!! Don't buy from these guys!! I am reporting them to the AZ Attorneys Office!! Please report them!! Get your money back if you don't get your stuff!! I am also going to file a claim with my Credit Union to get my money back!!

I wish I would have read these reviews first. Like so many others, I purchased their "free" cross necklaces. Just paid shipping of 10.54. The necklaces arrived and I thought all was well. Until yesterday, when my bank account was hit for 19.99 for who knows what. I haven't even been sent any additional product. As others have mentioned, the phone number provided does not get answered at all so I was forced to go to my bank to cancel my current card and request a new one. Such a scam. Please do NOT do business with these people pretending to be Christians.

I was disappointed when my order arrived and it was not sterling silver like advertised. I've been charge twice $19.95 since. I had to cancel my card, & dispute the charges. I reported them to Spotify so hopefully they are stopped.
