I wanted to love the jewelry but the quality is so poor

I gave 1 star but it was 1 too many! Beware this is a scam. Shocked that a company can sell you Christian jewellery then you realise it’s a scam website.
I ordered a man’s bracelet then I ended up having 3 payments taken out of my account on successive days. I contacted my bank fraud team, had to cancel my card, waited a few days for a new one, they were apparently from 3 separate legal companies then I had to dispute the original payment with the bank who gave me the money back 10 days later. Blessed faythe never reply to your complaints, there is no phone number. At least one of the above companies tried to take further money out after my card had been stopped but I ordered no subscriptions. It’s all a fake website. Don’t be fooled! Never shop for Christmas online just go into the shops.

I ordered from this company they sent me a confirmation. My product never came. They sent me another email stating that we're having backorder issues and if they did not have the product, they would have to issue a refund. After reading all these reviews, I'm checking with my credit card company. And they're telling me no such charge was put in for that day. So now i'm wondering what even happened cause apparently I wasn't even charged. Stay away from these companies online they're just crap and criminals. Buy product from stores. Keep people in business.

Like everyone else, no product sent. No contact from them after I had contacted them on many platforms. Initial payment taken then a "subscription" payment taken. Had to contact bank. Such an ordeal and I don't think I will be getting the initial payment back as the website is still live. Needs to be shut down.

This company charged me for an unauthorized "subscription" that is nowhere to be found on their website!! Filed a claim with my bank and if they see this, I BETTER GET MY MONEY BACK! NO item received either!!!

THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!! I had to open 2 claims with my bank because they tried to take $63 dollars with no authorization to do so. If you try to contact customer service they will just read your message and not respond! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

Took my money and I never received the necklace then I receive an email saying they have issued my refund as per request. I never requested a refund nor did I receive one. Thankfully I saw it all happening as soon as I did and after reading other people’s experiences I’ve cancelled my card!

Scam bible ring. Do not buy from Instagram. This company is a rip off. Or this is a company named the same. AS this one. Whatever u do do not buy the full bible on a ring or pendant. It's a scam

I loved my order. Great prices. I bought matching faith necklaces for me and my friends. My one friend has worn her necklace every day for the last 8 months and it still looks like new.

THEY ARE TERRIBLE! The phone # they provide isn’t in service so shame on them for doing this to people and shame on Instagram for allowing it to be on their site!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM WHATSOEVER!!!! They have used the name Faythe to get your trust, beware!!!

I don't want to give even a star. I paid for the special 4 necklaces and NEVER received them. I tried contacting the company, but no one would return my calls or emails. So I am out my good money and the "FAITH" I put into them for these necklaces! Shame on them!!

I had no issues. My card was being charged for a service I didn't realize I clicked yes on but I called them and they fixed it and refunded me instantly. I love thier jewelry and I have ordered from them several times.

I would give this company 1/2 a star if possible. I bought a free cross necklace....."only pay $7.98 for shipping". This necklace is costume jewelry and turned my neck black as it is all tarnished after a short period of time. I contacted the company and said they would send a replacement. All I had to do with give them my name and address and send a pic of the tarnished necklace which I did a couple of times. Well, that was almost 2 years ago and now I can't find them. I guess after all my complaining, they blocked me. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY JEWELRY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE.

I don't even want to provide 1 star! Last fall I ordered a beautiful Faith necklace, that I still wear. My dispute is having been charged $14.95 for the following 3 months on my credit card for receiving nothing!! Why would I, or anyone, allow money to be taken from them and not receiving anything in return??? I contacted the credit card company. First they refunded my money, then said the purchases were legit, and added the fraud charges back into my account!!! How do I get my refund???

I ordered 4 Faith necklaces the beginning of January. I have given 3 as presents and kept one for my self. It is now tarnished and brown and leaving brown on my neck! They claim these necklaces are made of only the best sterling silver and will never tarnish! What a load of you know what! Don't bother ordering their stuff...junk, all of it!
