They keep taking money out of my account when I only purchased one time. Don’t buy from them.

Had to keep my promise and write a second review. After writing a review about an overcharge, I received a call from this company. I expressed that I was was not appreciative of the overcharge and that I also received a monthly charge for something that I didn't purchase. She explained that in my purchase was a membership charge. When I explained that I didn't want the membership, she offered to take the charge off and refund me for the overcharge. I was impressed that I received a call back and that the charge was reversed. I've learned my lesson to read the small print from now on. I'm thankful for the refund and I promise to recant my last irate review.

I've had three charges from these people in the last 2 months actually four charges I just tried to contact them without any luck at this time in history how dare them go into my account unauthorized I authorized one payment for one necklace that was so shabby and so cheap looking I can't believe I even did that

I have been trying to talk to a person regarding charges for jewelry that I have not bought from them. I saw an add where I can get a free cross and just pay for shipping which I was charged 14.95. Now I have been charged 14.95 for the past two months and getting no where when I try to call and complain and to request a refund in the amount of 29.90. I will never order or believe them ever again. I NEED my money back!!

they have an add that says free necklace and cross pendent just pay shipping they get your card number and charge it for 2.sometging then 8.00somethhing. then later when your thinking you aredone wit them they steal 19.95 from tour card. and you cant call them. and the necklace turned to rust after about 5 days. i want my money back.

Keep getting charged every month for a couple of necklaces I bought in October. Canceling my debit card. Hope they rot in hell
I emailed them 12/22 and they are refunding my money. I'll update when I see it

I didn't know who was charging me 14.95/ month it showed up as Oceans Reserve for 2 months then it changed to Fay The Wear, still at 14.95/month. I've left messages, sent emails, no one will call me back or return an email, I did get my necklace I ordered but can't wear it because it's so cheap and flimsy and scratches my neck. I even threatened them with a lawyer, told them(over a voice mail) that they DID NOT have permission to take money out of my account but they are still doing it, guess I'm going to have to get my card changed also. This is just ridiculous, supposed to be a Christian company but nothing but a scam!!!!

I also got scammed, overcharged by this company. I did receive the product and it came quickly. For 2 months in a row I have been charged again for 14.95 but no product has been reordered.
Just got off the phone with my bank and they had to shut down my debit card. Huge inconvenience. They are crediting back the charges at least.
It's a shame this company is using christianity for their scam, their profit

Bought 2 crosses they said one was 2 dollers and took one was free just pay 7pounds 4pence but they took payment twice I have not signed up for subscription after what I read about them I will be watching my bank

Apparently the owner of this company is named Judas because there is no way this is a Christian company. After being overcharged 3x for 1 necklace last month, I now find a payment on my card for I never purchased anything. No one answers their number. I’m just now seeing all these negative reviews and I concur with every single one of them and see I’m not the only one to have been scammed. I shall be checking reviews on every type of purchase like this in the future. I truly hope someone can stop this illegal practice. I know God can and they will have to answer for their misdeeds one day.

My Mom who is a senior is a victim of this fraudulent company, I warned her immediately about what's happening since she's been waiting a "month" for her items which haven't arrived still. She is on a fixed income and doesn't need to be charged extra to be enrolled into a program of theirs which she absolutely never agreed to joining. Thankfully because all of you have been so honest and forthcoming she's making a call ASAP to her bank. Posting as Christians, how grievous. We are both strong Christians and we will be praying for this company and the individuals who are involved that love and truth will reign through the Holy Spirit - we forgive them. Just as Christ forgave us sinners. What Satan uses for bad, God will use for His glory in Jesus Name. Amen.

Company has been charging me monthly for 1 necklace I ordered n paif for 6 months ago..this is so wrong..n this will not be the last you hear from me.

Total scam - the product is lovely but you'll be charged way more than they promise. Watch out.

Never buy from them. They are scamming people to take money every month. They charged me $19.95 per month for two months. The bank will not allow refunds because you sign up for a subscription when you buy anything. Try calling them and they won't answer. Disgusting from people posing as a Christian company.

I am very disappointed in this company , I ordered twice from them with 2 different cards now they have charged both cards 19.95 , with me being on disability this sure does hurt that a suppose to be Christian company would take money after all they say is you pay shipping. They are crocks and lie.

I ordered two necklaces in August. I did receive them. They are beautiful. Was actually thinking of buying more! But last month. I noticed they have been taking 14.95 from my account monthly. Never did I see there was a membership involved. I have called their 1877 number no answer. And they don't return your messages. So I called my bank and filed a dispute. And they have blocked this company from taking money from my checking. How dare this company use Jesus to scam people! I am very disappointed. This was a lesson learned for me! Buyer Beware.

Yes I agree with a lot of the other reviews. Have had 14.95 taken out of my account for 2 months. Don't know what kind of membership this is. Tried to reach them by phone many times. Also emailed, Tryed the support email with no answer. I ordered some of supposed free necklaces and paid. Someone said they talked to a person

I have tried to reach this company through their 800 number only to leave a message and not get called back. I'm very upset that they are taking $19.95 out of my bank account every 2 weeks without authorization! SCAMMERS using Christ as a front!

I have not gotten my order yet..just ordered and then came here to read reviews. I hope I don't get scammed but just want to say...all these complaints of people being charged each month......you did not read the offers....if you accepted one of the promo deals it says..... with Ava or whatever it is. If you look it is a membership!! Have to turn down all the promos. Also when you look at your order it tells you each item is charged separately on your bank account!
SO I am hoping I read all the fine print and just get my order with no other charges.
And yes they throw all those offers after you put in your card no. I got so aggravated I almost cancelled my order!!
