Disgraceful company. Quoted £40 on the phone and charged £260 because they ‘needed to use a drill’. I called them to request an invoice and they ended the call on me multiple times before answering to tell me to stop calling. I called 10 times in total and was answered twice. Scammers, would never use again.

Very polite, and professional, completed the job very quickly

Ricky was adaptable to what I was able to pay, and managed to just pick my lock after initially thinking that the lock was going to need to be changed, which would have cost significantly more. He was nice to deal with despite me being in a mood about being locked out.

Dan it is indeed a real life saver, managed got locked out with 8 yrs old kid he came quickly open it for us. A bit price but fair enough as job was 2am. Highly recommended!

Absolutely terrible experience. We were initially quoted £89 over the phone, but once the locksmith arrived and opened the door (in 3 seconds with a piece of plastic), the price was suddenly increased to £150 and then again to £220. When we questioned the change and reminded him of the original quote, he shut the door on us, was incredibly rude and left. This was late at night, and he was willing to leave two young women locked out of their own home. The lack of professionalism, honesty and basic decency was shocking. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

When we pointed out that he had originally said £89, he slammed the door shut back in our faces. This happened late at night, and he had no problem leaving two young girls locked out of their home. That kind of behaviour is not just unprofessional, it raises serious questions about his moral compass. Avoid at all costs.
