We needed a part for a customer's seven year old flail hedge mower, and as always Farm Tech Supplies delivered. Terry in the parts dept went out of his way, sending photos and checking details to ensure compatibility, impressively the part was in stock, and was shipped out the same day. Outstanding customer service, and definitely highly recommended.

Sales process with Tom was very relaxed and no pressure; took the time to talk through what I needed and also was very reasonable about delivery costs and setup; lead time very quick and setup by Ben was great with plenty of time spent to get the topper connected to the tractor. A really positive experience- thank you 👍😁

Received a email and said they would deliver the parcel on Tuesday never turned up then they said they were going to deliver it on Wednesday. Between 6 o’clock to 8 o’clockNever turned up again. Finally got my parcel on Thursday afternoon

IBC and trailer delivered as communicated, bit surprised it needed assembling but was actually very easy. Start to finish no issues and very pleased with the purchase

Although the product arrived promptly and was just what was required I was disappointed to see that the South of Scotland was considered as the "Highlands and Islands" for delivery costs adding £19.20 to the cost of crossing the border from Carlisle. I checked costs all along the border between Scotland and England and I found postcodes adjacent on the border were showing this discrepancy. I checked with both Farmtech and the courier APC who seemed unaware of this anomaly. We in Dumfries & Galloway are at least 150 miles south of the Highland line with good road access. I urge FarmTech to look at this and correct it. It does your business reputation no favours with Scottish customers.

Delivery was very swift and product just what I wanted

Ordered over the phone as I needed to check a few things about the parts required. Excellent service from parts department. My only issue is that there were no grease nipples included on the hub. Farm Tech ought to remedy this. We had an unnecessary breakdown due to this.
