The order was delivered to this site on the date and time specified below but unfortunately the wrong name and contact number had been put on the package so it did not find its way to me.

We have checked our records and can confirm that the order was delivered on Friday 9th January at 12:37pm, 2 days after it was placed on the 7th. This was signed for on delivery. Proof of delivery has been provided.
We were not contacted by phone or email regarding this issue prior to the review being left. Had we been made aware, we would have investigated immediately and worked to resolve the matter.
