Car failed mot, I found parts two weeks after. Someone booked me for Sunday and on arrival there was nobody to work on the car. The attended was kind and offered to drive me home and leave the car so it can be done first thing in the morning. On Monday they were helpful with payment after being shocked by the invoice.
