Excellent experience
It took 3 minutes to receive a call from the solicitor after completing online form. The person who called was very friendly, polite, helpful and understanding of the situation. After the call soon I received all documentation. Would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Very professional and complete service. On a lengthy case they stayed consistent and they kept pushing it forward.
Special thanks to Susana Hijazi Vicente for being patient, professional and answering my every question without a delay. Personal injury at work can be unpleasant to deal with but she made it a breeze to go through.
I have dealt with several solicitor companies over the years but this was my best experience, this should be an industry standard.

The initial contact was excellent. However since being told a solicitor would contact me within 7 days, I have heard nothing from him. It is now 10 days since I was told that

New Case experience
After an initial call setting out how my claim would be handled, i received e-mail documents that made it complex. Thankfully one of the team then set it out very simply in an e-mail. My one suggestion would be to review what is sent out (accepting some of this may be legal obligations).
