Excellent car rental experience! The team was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. They met us at the airport, explained everything clearly, and showed us all the details.
The car was in excellent condition — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pickup and return were quick and hassle-free.

Good service
Good service, straightforward process, completely satisfied overall. We had an Elantra for 4 days and drove from Yerevan to Sevan and Gori. The car was great, the people here are friendly, and we were genuinely very positively surprised – highly recommended!

Pickup/Drop Off and Great Advice
We rented our car for 3 days from the Yerevan airport branch of AutoUnion Armenia Car Rental.
Artyom took care of us for both the pickup and drop-off.
He and the team clearly cared about offering a positive experience to their customers with a dedicated airport pickup on arrivals (holding a sign with with our name).
He briefed us on how to navigate Armenian roads and speed limits (which was much needed) and also provided multiple means to contact him or his team should any issue arise.
We also got a car upgrade which was great.

Great experience
Great experience. We deliberately chose this local company to rent a good quality hybrid car at a reasonable price for 12 days to travel all over the country without worries.
We were very happy with our choice. Apart from an easy online booking process, the welcome and service from the staff was excellent and the proximity just outside the airport was very convenient.
Generally, we had peace of mind, knowing that the rental company was at our service at all times.
Some advice to newcomers on Armenian roads - always respect the speed limits because road surface conditions can vary a lot on highways and local roads.

Easy, Quick, and Reliable Car Company
I happened to be in a rush, as I had just arrived in Armenia and it was early and didn’t know which car service provider to go with. Express Car Service popped up and they were able to take care of me really fast and the process was very straightforward. I ordered a Toyota Camry. But it wasn't available, so they gave us a Jeep Grand Charok. The car was great. There were no problems with the rental.

I had a overall good experience
I had a overall good experience, the staff was friendly and everything went smoothly. The only 2 issues I had were that, once I arrived at the desk, nobody was there, and I had to call and wait for someone to arrive. Moreover, on the contract was stated that the fuel policy was "Full to full", instead I had the bring back the car with the same amount of petrol that they left me.

Very rude and unprofessional
Very rude and unprofessional in responding to customers , they have no idea how to deal with customers and they talk as if they own lambos . I haven't rent a car from them when i saw this behavior. They should think twice before opening a business.
