Not updated information on file and lowering credit score
I have tried numerous times to advise on incorrect balances which are affecting my credit score and no one is listening ir checking with the bank to change it. I am really unhappy tha ti have to keep putting a request in to get it changed.

I can understand how frustrating it is when you've raised concerns about information on your credit report and don't feel that it's being resolved.
I've personally sent you an email addressing the issues you've raised. As the information on your credit report belongs to the lender, any changes need to be agreed and supplied by them before we can update our records.
