"Evernote" is a very good text managing program (structure, organizing, etc.). I've been using it since 2013 and don't want to move anywhere yet. BUT! Since the company "Bending Spoons" bought "Evern... See more

User experience and price is excellent.
Crazy price policy but great software
It is an amazing software, except that when you get dependent on it, they double the price every year making you re-evaluate if its worthy or not.
Great product up until version 8
Great product up until version 8, in 2020. Then came version 10, and everything was destroyed. Still today very slow and very buggy. And 4 times as expensive.
I'm one of the first users of Evernote…
I'm one of the first users of Evernote (1 year after it started), and I have been using all the time since then. What I like is the fact that I can use it on all my devices (4 macs and my iphone). I keep everything there and would be totally lost if I didn't have it. From screenshots, receipts, important emails, ideas, work related stuff, recipes, pictures... everything. The UX is great. The only think I would love to have is another layer between notebooks and notes (kind of like oneNOte).
Evernote is my highest used go-to app for daily life
I use Evernote for keeping notes on major home renovations, vacation trip details, a medical journal, and just about everything big and small. It's central to my daily life. It can scale easily from small daily notes to important life events that require lots of links and images. Extremely useful and a good value.
AI search as default sucks
AI search as default sucks. please remember previous search options. it defaults to "relevant" search every time. relevant has NEVER given a good search result. not once! Price too high! Evernote has gotten a lot better in recent years, but I have everything in there and I wish there was a bit more flexibility. ease of search, tag organizing. you raised the price too much.
from time to time unable to see the content
from time to time the app is running but I can't see the content of the page. I see just the menu bar
Excellent gestionnaire de notes
Easy to use and excellent synchronization
- The easiness for creating NoteBooks and notes under it.
- The synchronization across devices is excellent and highly helpful.
- Access the notes from anywhere while travelling or emergency requirements.
I need to explore more on Task Management and reminders which was missing earlier in Evernote.
Also, encrypted text is required to store some confidential info - no idea if the feature is there. need to explore more.
Thank You
I'm using evernote for over 10 years
I'm using evernote for over 10 years. It fits my needs. Great app. Always improving.
buggy, expensive, too much ai
still buggy. annoying ai tools everywhre. and now the price has doubled.
Great application at a stupid price
As a long term user of Evernote this software has become an essential part of my record keeping routine which it does admirably although if I could have foreseen the giant price increases over the last couple of years I would probably have used a different software option. It is now such an outrageously high cost for the average personal user and there are no guarantees that the price won't rise again next year. I concede that it is the best software in its class but transitioning off the platform is made intentionally difficult so for regular users looking to start fresh I would suggest you look elsewhere for your note-taking app.
Hate the price increase $169-$249 per…
Hate the price increase $169-$249 per year. Then when you cancel the last minute offer is $149 but you have to threaten to cancel to get it. - I hate these tactics by any company - just give it to people for a fair price and stop ripping them off. I've been a subscriber for over 10 years - now I'm just done !!
Home base for key information
Simply put, this is a great place to organize my thoughts, keep my notes, and journal. Search capabilities are great. don't know even half of Evernote's capabilities, and still love it.
EverNote is the perfect application for organisation
EverNote has always been a helpful and supportive tool in my home and work life and the introduction of AI has enhanced its benefits for us. Sharing folders or pages is brilliant for collaboration and team projects.
Indispensable
Evernote helps me remember so much in my life, I have used it for more than 15 years.
Evernote Bloatware
I liked the Evernote Legacy much better; it was more stable and cheaper. Evernote has become bloatware with features for which I have no use.

Micro-updates are the worst!
The micro-updates are the most obnoxious feature I've ever seen. Every single day, I have to download an update and close your stupid popup window. It's a note taking app. You do NOT need to update it that often. I was perfectly happy with the version from 10 years ago. In fact, that version was BETTER because it stored the notes on my local device instead of your dumb cloud. Newsflash: People don't always have a network connection! Do you know how annoying it is when I'm in the grocery store, but I can't read my grocery list because the cell signal is weak? TERRIBLE design decision. Try to suck less.
