My old system "Kaspersky" was starting to block programs that I regularly watched like "Fox News". I could not gain access to a lot of data and programs. Found it bizarre. Screen would cite my anti-virus program.
I went to my computer specialist to seek a solution He was puzzled too. He recommended ESET. Tried it at his place on my laptop; it has worked marvelously well and has ever since. Occasionally, it will flash a warning to not proceed to the next page. I don't view vulgar subjects, so the message seems odd, nevertheless, I don't proceed as I don't need any viruses or whatever.
Can't give a date as it was prior to the date range in your calendar field - April 17. 2025 to be exact per invoice.

It didn't start out great, you were sending me emails, my account was due.I tried logging into my account numerous times, kept being told I didn't have an account. This went on for a couple weeks. Finally out of the blue you sent me another email & it acknowledged my account ,& let me in to pay for another years subscription. I have been an Eset customer for over 15 years, quite satisfied with the product security & customer service. I'm hoping this was just a hiccup in your system & I won't have to go thru it again.

As far as I know ESET has offices in Toronto and San Di ego. I see no reason at all why one has to deal with someone on another continent. There is most certainly capable people in Canada or US to answer any concerns I might have.

Your system is way too complicated and getting assistance is even worst. This is not made for the comon people. I only signed up again because it was easier than shopping for something different but I will not subscribe for another year when this one expire.

The software seems to work seamlessly, with out any fuss or confusion, sometimes you wonder if it is working at all, but maybe that's the beauty of this software.

Good product, however with an ESET update it showed a new account added to login screen that confused the office and had to have a computer Tech inhouse to figure it out. The Tech Finally figured out it wasn't a hacker but from ESET (Ghost account) that was added without proper notification. Cost me extra fees to have the Tech figure it out and remove from login in screen. Not happy about the extra payment required!

This is a very reliable program and I’ve been using it for several years. Easy to renew with 3 time options and if I need them, I can reach out to a customer service person (I’ve not needed to do that). I feel that my devices are always protected and as long as updates are done when I’m notified, I feel at ease.

Reminder notice was great, on-line renewal made simple to understand and options available made it easy to decide which was best for me. It's very affordable compared to competitors out there.
