I love this anti-virus. Install and use is easy. Once I changed my computer and needed help on how to tranfer myEset protection and they were very helpful. And now Iuse the vpn option and that is easy to use too... and the antivirus protection is perfect.

I was surprised that when I entered my new renewed credit card number i was forced to upgrade to a different plan. It was only 1.05 more but I thought it made this a slightly negative experience.

For the first time ever since I have been with you I was shocked to get a second bill from you covering five devices. I had just paid my subscription then I was getting warnings about the renewal this even continued after I explained that I did not have five appliances etc
