Terrible food and service!
Charlotte Airport… 25 minutes to get a microwave bagel and I was the only one in line. Lots of employees socializing and using phones.

Placing an online order results in a double charge. The company is completely unreachable and unwilling to help. A business to be avoided.
Einstein Bros Bagels, 1520 S 1500 E SLC UT 84105
I get there at 5:00 am to take a Dash, and the manager has it in her car and tries to leave with it, but her engine wouldn't start. The Audacity!
I take the order, it's a Catering order btw, and there are four big boxes around 1' × 3' and you have to carry them about a quarter mile from the parking lot to hospital cafeteria and then wait for someone to show when you've been communicating the whole time. This order was over $2000, and I received $8 from doordash and 0 from Einstein because it says Einstein is the customer, but the hospital is. Let me clarify.
The University Hospital put in a catering order through Doordash for Einstein bros bagels. Einstein receives order from DoorDash. Einstein then changes the customer from the University Hospital to themselves. Doordash calls Einstein and the manager tells them the order has been canceled. The order is in my delivery logs, so clearly that isn't true. They obviously kept the tip for themselves and figured I didn't deserve anything.
The pure selfishness and inconsideration of these employees is a reflection of how they treat their community. When I'm done, I immediately get another order from Einstein. I go back to the store and knock on the door, and they just look at me and then turn away and act like nothing's going on.
Communication skills suck. Professionalism sucks. They should all be fired!
I emailed the owner with no response. I've been robbed. No one deserves to be treated this way.
