Scammed out of $178 and no refund options. Order number #01154746 Delivered May 30

I ordered three products totaling $255 SGD. Only one item was packed and shipped (unless the two other items exist in another dimension since the box was only big enough to fit one item). I contacted web support, chat support, WhatsApp support, emailed and called their unmanned support telephone number (just a recorded message in a fake American voice that says it’s looking for a support person then it hangs up).

Basically this Hong Kong based “Singapore Company” has scammed me out of $178 with no legitimate means of contacting them or mechanisms to obtain a refund.
