Falsche Preise und ignoranter Kundenservice

Achtung, Täuschung! Mir wurden 124,99 € berechnet, obwohl der Preis bei der Bestellung 114,99 € war. Ich habe mehrmals versucht, den Kundenservice zu kontaktieren, aber es wurde mir absolut nicht geholfen. Meine Beweise wurden einfach ignoriert. Das ist reine Abzocke und unprofessionell. Ich fühle mich betrogen. Nie wieder Otto!
UPDATE 26.03.2026: Ein wichtiger Rat an alle Kunden: Macht unbedingt einen Screenshot vom Preis im Warenkorb, BEVOR ihr bestellt! Mir wurde bei der Bestellung ein niedrigerer Preis angezeigt, aber im System und auf der Rechnung war er plötzlich 10 € höher. Ohne Beweisfoto stellt sich OTTO stur, selbst bei einer Stammkundin von fast 10 Jahren. 10 € sind für mich nicht viel, aber stellt euch vor, OTTO macht das bei Tausenden Kunden – das ist ein riesiger, unfairer Gewinn auf Kosten der Kunden! Ein absolut unprofessionelles System!
Falls jemandem von euch dasselbe bei OTTO passiert ist, schreibt es bitte auch hier in die Bewertungen! Wir dürfen uns das als Kunden nicht gefallen lassen. Gemeinsam sind wir stärker!
