Bought a bag from ecosusi as a birthday gift for my daughter. She started using it after her birthday in the middle of September and 1 week later the bag was already showing signs of damage on the sides where the strap is placed. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the bag because of this and would not recommend purchasing these for day to day life

Entire latch snapped off the first time I ever used it and all it had in it was a normal laptop. Nowhere on the site to write a review. Absolute garbage I'm incredibly pissed off

Weeks and weeks of emailing the company about the poor quality of item received and item not being as described - NO REPLY.

No quality. No service. Scam. Buyer beware of this company.

I ordered 2 bags from their website - I already owned an ecosusi bought on amazon, but they don't have all their models so I decided to buy directly from the website, which I rarely do. The bags are amazingly manufactured, and they delivered in perfect time (I live in Italy). Now I own three super cool non-leather bags :) and everyone asks me where I bought them. Super happy client. I will try to order directly from manufacturers more often in the future!

I bought a backpack as a gift from ECOSUSI. the bag arrived damaged. completely squashed. I sent photos to ECOSUSI and was told they will replace the bag. That was a month ago and I have sent a follow up email asking when I can expect replacement and never heard from them again.

The product broke due to poor quality within a year of normal use. I didn't carry anything heavy in my backpack, but the vegan leather is tearing apart around the strap. The material cannot sustain any weight put on. I would to customer service, but their replies made no sense and felt like it was written by a robot, because the didn't seems to actually read my emails, and they didn't reply to the questions i asked.
First they offered to replace the bag, but when I accepted that offer, it turned out they would only give me about a 60% discount on a new bag.
The bags are cute on pictures, but they will not last very long, so I don't think they are worth the money

THIS IS YOUR WARNING! Don’t buy from this site! Just a negative experience overall. Package was undeliverable which have never happened to me and took 7-9 emails to even get a reply back.

I had to send them an e-mail one month after ordering a bag because I haven't got any news from them and the bag wasn't sent. They sent it the day after receiving my mail. I just received the bag, good quality, good looking. It's just not appropriate to just get your money and don't send the bag or whatever until we sent an e-mail to complain. I really think that if I didn't said anything i'll not have my bag yet. That's why i'm giving it a bad review.

I like their style, but the speed of the product distribution really shocked me a bit.

Little suggestion that’s too heavy than I think, adding cup holder

I am a teacher who is very picky about my messenger bag both in style and functionality. The regular wear and tear I put on a bag is tremendous, but my Ecosusi bag has held up amazingly, so that I wanted to recommend them for my family and friends. I also highly value the backpack style, which I decided to try to avoid shoulder and back strain. It has worked extremely well for me. I originally thought the backpack would be awkward to use but the straps hold up, are adjustable and the entire bag works so well for me I'm thrilled and have much less back strain. The styles are so wonderful and evoke femininity and have attention to detail and functionality that I really like.

I ordered the Sombre Vintage Briefcase - Brown for a Christmas gift and they delivered it the day before. I am beyond happy with my purchase. The quality of the briefcase, the dimensions, storage space and versatility the bag offers is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this vendor and product. A+++++

Had ordered before through Amazon but they didn't carry what I wanted. Went to the website and was so surprised the speed of shipping and the quality. I absolutely love this bag. Quality, versatile. Will absolutely order from here again.

I have bought several great bags from this company. My last was a gift from my husband. Within a few days, the bag broke as a result of a manufacturer's defect. I emailed customer service, sent the pictures they requested, and they replaced the bat at no cost to me. It was a great transaction; I will continue to purchase from them. The styles are great, and I always get complimented on my bags.

Beautiful bags, I’ve gotten two so far and I’m in love with the vintage but classic look. Whenever I go people ask me about them. You won’t find them in stores like a MK or a coach. This is special and carefully made.

Great product although I saw it way cheaper on Prime day. When I sent an email to cancel my order, I was told it was already sent out and nothing I could do at that point but send it back when it arrives. International shipping wasn't worth it.

This bag is GREAT! It's as cute as the photo on the website. Website is easy to navigate. And I love that it's vegan.
