I requested a change of luggage from sports equipement of a bike to a normal suitcase of less size and weight however Easyjet point plank refused. They wouldn't even allow me to bring back my empty bike box as I will be leaving a bike at the destination as I will be returning in three weeks. So totally inflexible when there is no weight or baggage size issues. Crazy unhelpful experience.

Customer service is second to none both ladies I spoke to were very helpful and polite would definitely recommend flying with easy jet in the future
Cancelled our flight didn’t get us another one until 50 hours later no compensation didn’t reimburse our food and drink. Really hard to deal with over the phone

My flight time was changed by yourselves Booking Ref KBSDLQ1 and I called to get a different flight as I have a wedding to attend. The first customer service agent I had told me the flight hadn’t changed and implied I was lying! I offered to send her the email I received to inform me of the change of departure or screen shots and she didn’t me to. She ask me to contact online chat! I rang again and thankfully the amazing Naur helped me out. More importantly - he believed me!! He offered me the chance to send him the email and subsequently changed my flight to a time closer to the ordinal. Thank you Naur! I’m a very frequent flyer with easyJet and do not expected to be treated like this but it shows you how loyalty is rewarded. Thank God there are still some decent people out there.

I have a disability the airline where really helpful and disability friendly, it was quick and easy to get through on the phone, the person I spoke to was kind listened to my worrys and helped me. I am now excited to fly.
After having issues with a particular agent's professionalism i decided to try again and was pleased to be greeted by Dania, a different rep, who was apologetic and incredibly helpful. I nearly walked away from the service all together but im glad i returned to get a solution to the issue. Dania's professionalism and kindness reassured me that the business is worthy.
You’re fine with EasyJet unless you have a problem. I was one of the 122 left at Milan Airport in April and am still awaiting the matter to be resolved. They do not reply to emails and they break their own promises.

My flight was rescheduled which would mean I would lose a full day to my holiday. I contacted Easyjet Cust Svc and got to speak with Rashed. He was just so very helpful and patience. When your not sure and cannot speak with someone, it can be very frustrating. But Rashid did an excellent job and sorted my request. A very big thank you to RASHED....your help was much appreciated!! I just want to make a change to my flight which which we cannot make on the website if the change is only for some passengers. The first attempted it look fine I was giving an amount and told to wait 24 hours that someone would call me to make the payment. After 24h no one said anything therefore I contacted them again through the chat and the keep insisting they did not had any information from the previous chat, and the amount changed because the other colleague did not do it right. Its not my fault no one contacted me as it was agreed. The lady started to be annoying and there for a bit rude even after I request the supervisor she wanted me to turn off the chat. This was a mess for a simple request that I am not able to do this online
